Hi again Voyage2!
Are you by any chance playing from the Philippines? There are certain countries from which playing BasketDudes online (‘Play Online’ option) is not possible currently, due to government firewalls that apply over international connections, which prevent seeing our Game Servers to play online. We have been reported about this by quite a lot of Filipino users, and we are trying to work out a solution for this. So, please, stay tuned, as we may be able to find a way to solve this shortly (and hopefully…)
On the meantime, you should still be able to play the Single Player mode where, as you just mentioned, and unfortunately, you may not obtain significant rewards or XP points after playing several times against the same team within the same day. We have done so as to avoid teams grinding too much/quickly, as from the experience we have had in other communities, this may spoil the online competition, which is where you would normally obtain much greater rewards and XP by playing ‘official matches’ using the PLAY button found on the ‘Play Online’ game mode. As said, please check out regularly, as we may be able to solve this anytime soon… ;)

Normally BasketDudes should not take too long to download nor to load (it takes barely 100Mb of your hard drive), although it could happen that when playing the web-browser version (like the one you can find here at Kongregate or at www.basketdudes.com/play), there might be multiple factors that may influence this in more than one way, and many times beyond our control. Nevertheless, bear with you that the first time BasketDudes is launched over a web browser, all the game content is downloaded and cached on your computer (which, depending of your internet connection, may take from 1 to 5 minutes), but next time you run it, loading times should be way faster (normally not even a minute, since the game was already downloaded and only needs to load). If you are still experiencing trouble playing BasketDudes over your browser, please, send us an e-mail to support@bitoon.com, providing some details (eg. operating system, web browser version used, country from which you are connecting, etc…) and we’ll do our best to help you out. And you may also try installing and playing the stand-alone version of BasketDudes (http://www.basketdudes.com/downloads/game/), which may provide a better and more controllable context for online play. BasketDudes can be played over your web-browser, either through Kongregate, or directly through the game’s official site at (http://www.basketdudes.com/play). Main requirements are to have a game account and the Unity3D’ web-player plugin installed (https://unity3d.com/webplayer). You may also play BasketDudes through the installable and dedicated client (http://www.basketdudes.com/downloads) , which may provide a better and more stable connection to our game servers. At the time of registering, and depending of the region from where you are connecting from, and aiming to provide you with the best connectivity and playing experience possible, the game will automatically and transparently assign you a server (there are currently servers in Europe, North and South America, and Asia), so when you log into the game and choose to play online, you shall be presented with a list of game lobbies to connect to (if your region only has one game server assigned, you will be logged into the lobby directly). If such list of available game lobbies is empty (which is a rare and extreme situation), it’s very likely that this is due to having connectivity issues with the assigned game server, and the reasons for this can be many but, certainly, being behind a firewall can be one of them (for instance, we have been reported such situation by users from the Phillipines and China, who happen to have a firewall at a national scale for all their international connections). If you still have trouble accessing and playing BasketDudes, please send us an email to support@bitoon.com providing as many details as possible (eg. operating system, web browser version, country from where you are trying to connect, etc), and we will try helping you out. skills:Dribbling, ball control, Shortpass,crossing, Longpass.
Defence: standing tackle,slide tackling, Marking, and Defensive heading.

BasketDudes provides a “Chestball” after each match containing different rewards. The nature and content of the Chestball will vary according to how well your team and individual players have performed along the game.

It’s worth noticing, though, that PvE matches (Online) provide much better rewards and XP bonus than PvE ones (Single Player). If a match is unfinished (eg. because of abandon), the rewards may be even smaller or null…

We strongly encourage you to play online matches, as it is where you shall get the better rewards and the real fun when playing against other players ;)
