I don’t know, I feel like the creation of an account like this kills the personal relationships the community managers have with the userbase. I remember when everyone was on friendly terms with Ducklette and AlisonClaire, it doesn’t seem like that’s the norm anymore. But hey, maybe it was an intentional decision for things to be this way.
