Nov 12, 2015 1:13am I just went ahead and restarted. I have to assume I’m actually in the beta even though I still have an odd option to reset as beta in my settings. If it happens again I’ll pay more attention, and try to get back to you on it. And graz on all the new content. Thanks!

If you had Autobackup on, you can try exporting that back up and importing it into another game slot. Your Autobackup will even survive things like accidentally hard-resetting. Unfortunately, the one thing it cannot survive is your browser deleting the game, which happens for various reasons. Worst case scenario: I can send you a little coupon that recoups the missing truth. If that happens, let me know how much you lost (Actual + Earned + opportunity loss) if that’s the case. Oct 15, 2015 10:12pm In practice, ranking has nothing to do with the artificial limits. Your “slight” footprint boost from ranking actually divides it by a bit over 10 so no one ranks anywhere near the actual limits. It’s almost strictly a footprint control measure, regardless of your intent.

Force will always have a large representation in the content set even though it really doesn’t have the best return because that’s how things appear to work in the universe. This game is somewhat a reflection of my worldview. A lot of people learn that force is a tool which is to be used as sparingly as possible at some point in their lives. If even one of them learns that lesson from playing First Empire rather than by getting their jaw broken in a bar or the schoolyard, then I’ll count that as a win for me. :) show less![]()

So I would expect it to show up by then but, even then, you would probably just want to tune your coefficients to account for your observations. 4 Gly = 1 / 125, e^10 = 1/thousands. I’m sure you would have abandoned your model by 20 Gly and you could see it start to break down as early as 3 Gly. show less![]()

Great job creating an amazingly unique idle game among the droves of AdVenture Capitalist and Clicker Heroes knock-offs. I haven’t made an AMAZING amount of progress as of yet, but there are a few suggestions I would like to make. First off, there are a few aspects of the game that could be better explained with popups in the GUI, such as what precisely will let planets progress from known → occupied → connected → included. There’s no clear explanation on this. In addition, upgrades within the “Truth” and “Special” categories say they need more CORE wealth/science, but what that actually i, is never explained to the player. The “Personnel” menu seems to be missing it’s contents, I’m assuming that it just hasn’t been implemented as of yet (much like additional missions past the first 5)? I’ve also seen a number of comments regarding lost save files, which is disconcerting given the extensive playtime required to progress in an idle game. While I don’t advocate making knock-offs of others games I think that the game that had the best backup method, currently, is Clicker Heroes. Clicker Heroes allows you to create a save file of your current progress and saves it to your computer as a text file. I would highly recommend adding this feature to resolve issues. Overall, this is one of the BEST new idle games to be released in a while and I can’t wait to see what other additions you’ll be adding over the course of the alpha. I would be very excited to see this game add itself to the ranks of F2P games on the Steam store, hopefully in the near future. Keep up the great work! show less
