Sprite Sequence Chapter 1 has been released as a free game on Steam! It has a much higher resolution than the HTML5 version so you can play it fullscreen and it looks great!

I played “Sprite Sequence: Winter Hunting” on your website. I killed rabbits on both sides of the screen (the left and right sides) and I could not move over far enough to pick them up.

If you are stuck, you’ll just have to reload the page and start this sequence over. Sorry for the hassle. The sequences are short enough that you shouldn’t need much time to redo any of them.

Hey – just played Super Ordinary Joe. Really nice game, would love a sequel/full-length version. Even with the “it’s the same growth,” I think it could work well if the level design is right. Some ideas for changes: Different gear. Don’t always be +stamina shoes, but maybe a +stamina +jump height shoes and a “jumping costs less stamina” knee brace…

The design problem I have is that I still need the up and down in the shop and interfaces so you’d still need to use Z and X (or J and K)…
