I mean I spent 70 KREDS in the game but lost the discount because I clicked on LOAD GAME. Can I restore the discount or refund KREDS?
This game hasn’t been updated for a long time. If you can upload new information, my consumption is also valuable.

There are a couple of things to try to fix this. If you’re playing in Incognito Mode, that may be causing the issue. Make sure to play in a standard browser window if so.

You can also clear your browser cache of “Files and Images”. You don’t need to clear the history/passwords/cookies. Then the next time you start the game, it will re-download all the assets and should clear any loading problems.

it still is not working. are there certain types of pcs that it won’t work on? because when I play it on a Dell computer, it works fine, but if I play it on a MacBook, it won’t work. could that be the problem?

You can look at the Basket info(click on the ‘i’ beside the basket) and that will tell you the odds of receiving a certain level Kitty in a basket. These odds are based on the Kitty’s original ‘base’ rarity.

Then when you buy a basket, if it has a dupli-cat in it, the Tier of the basket determines how many points you receive. The more expensive the basket, the more points you will receive from a dupli-cat. It also depends on the base rarity of the Kitty. The Higher the rarity, the less points you receive.

Tier 1 baskets give under 5 rarity points.
Tier 2 baskets give under 10 points
Tier 3 gives roughly 20-50 points. But the higher the rarity of the kitty, the less points you get.
Tier 4 gives 50-200 points for Uncommon/Common but less than 25 for Rare/Legendary.

The Kitties also require different amounts to level. A Base-Common Kitty takes 11 points to get to Rare(1 point to Uncommon, 10 points from Uncommon -> Rare), where as an Base-Uncommon Kitty only takes 5 points to get to Rare.

I hope this clears up some of the confusion for you.
