show moreI have a funny question, a silly one perhaps – but could you forward it to the Paladin guys please? Just wondering – I had an ingame name of “BoOmstick” in another popular card game here on Kong – I was a recruiter for a guild, an officer, who was very busy and vocal having kicked out a lot of dumb (but powerful players) from a top tier guild due to them being unable or unwilling to follow orders – the guild nosedived for a spell before returning and taking on an unbeatable cartel of the very top 4 guilds (and giving them a good kick in the shins) …daft question – but I was wondering if my guy was the inspiration for the Boomstick Officer card – it was the detail of the dynamite sticks (instead of an Evil Dead “Army of Darkness” shotgun) that tipped me over to make this enquiry… I guess I’d be flattered if it were the case (as I put a whole lot of energy into that guild for a couple of months) …but I’d certainly not be surprised if the connection was all in my head – I am an artist too and magpie refernces from everywhere constantly.
Anyhow – wonderful game, Stormbound… fun and stylish – engages the ol noggin.
