show moreI’m so bummed. This game had total 5/5 potential and I was loving it. There are so many little mechanics, like shooting coins to upgrade them, that I just loved. But the cover system is so generous it makes the game feel trivial! It’s way too easy to just sit there crouching and be essentially immune to gunfire. I feel like at the VERY least, firing your weapon should bring you out of ducking mode, and maybe there should also be occasional enemies who can still hit you when you’re ducking. Or maybe ducking just shouldn’t protect you from fire at point-blank range? This game was SO good until I figured out it was almost impossible to lose.
