Dude, you say your laptop broke, but just as you posted that news update, prestige completely broke. As of right now, when I prestige, it does not reset anything. So the rings start over, and I can't buy any upgrades.
Just unlocked my fourth character, and now my heroes tab is locked. Can't add the new hero, can't mod my existing ones. All changes I make revert, and the floor reset never happens.
Seems like the first time I pressed the manual Save button, that became the one and only save I have forever. No auto saves. No new saves by pressing it again. The only way I can save now is to export and import. Returning will always bring me back to the first time I pressed the Save button.
Ummm... So I attempted to refresh my game by going into the menu, pressing the save button, then refreshing the page, and I lost more than 24 hours of progress. The save button pressed. I pressed it, and it disappeared. There also should have been multiple auto saves between where my gave restored and where I saved it. Anger.
Chemical engineering is not boosting methane and oil production. These remain at 1.0 per second no matter the tech level. However, tech for boosting iron and graphite production is working, and does reflect in the per second display.
