Hey, I really appreciate the interest! Short story, there is a final version pretty much done but I want to release it at the same time on all platforms (Web, android, iOS, windows marketplace, facebook) Right now I am having build issues on some platforms and once that is done I will have to work on getting approval on all platforms as well which can mean a bit of work. While I am waiting for proper support from platform owners (microsoft… cough) I have been working on building a multiplayer infrastructure for a followup game. Maybe might have a working prototype in a few months ;)

I like using Kongregate for posting prototypes, I have been getting tons of feedback and suggestions from here so I’ll probably do the same in the future.

I hope this answers your question. Unfortunately in game dev the last 10% takes 90% of the time :P

Ahh, somebody noticed :D Line of Battle is the real game, Defense Prototype is a very old version that will soon be removed. I will publish the real thing on Kong later as well. You can save to cloud in Gameroom and later load in Kon. Don’t do it with the prototype though, there might be strange results :)

Oh, and I just published a version on Android last night. Versions on Windows store and iOS are coming later as well hopefully. All platforms should be able to do cross platform saves as long as you id with facebook

Thanks for the info and the encouragement! For your specific case, somehow the game does not recognize that the save needs resetting since they’re not compatible versions. So to fix it on your end you probably just need to hit the reset button in the top right corner of the starting screen. I thought I had this covered but apparently I must have missed something…
