how to win the game: have this tab open, then open a second tab with google maps. when you see the name of the area you have to click, go to the google maps tab. it should pause the timer, so you can search where the place is without the timer running out. continue until game is beat.
*i only know this works for Google Chrome, not sure about other browers

usually if i know where the country is, i just plop a flag in the middle of it and hope i land close to it xD friggin african countries and their numerousness

While it's true that Bodø is in Nordland, you should list the country (in this case, Norway) like you do for every other city.

Agreed. When it asked New York City, I missed it by 600 km. Oops.
But I got almost every european and japanese town on thier spot. Under 100 km.

I'm glad I'm European (Scottish technically but lets not get into details) and know where most things are in Europe, when in doubt, hit africa, if it says USA, shut ur eyes and guess.

Don't know if this is helpful, but if you right-click in game, the time slows down. Could be handy when you are seriously searching for a location.

@reaper765 i agree. we also have longyearbyen - Svalbard. and Bodø (bodo) -Nordland. Which both is acctually norwegian (norway)

Yea ! Today I do my first strike. It was Italy - Bologna. I am most accurate on the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain,Slovakia and Germany, hope you know where are these countries. =)

Seriously, I wish highschools across America would implement the use of games like this into the classroom. I doubt the students would complain, and they would learn more from this then a hundred lectures on geography by some burnout minimum wage teacher.
