love it how greenland is the only country which has the balls to keep its stuff open even though everyone else has closed them....

Anyways great game, got me addicted and also made me in turn hate Madagascar. I must thank Nauto98001 for his great advice. Every one plus him up and keep his comment alive.

1. Start in New Zealand, Greenland, Japan or Madagascar. If you do not start again.
2. Buy all resistances and them buy moisture resistance 2 and drug resistance 4
3. Wait until you get 1-3 other countries infected. When you do sell your starting symptom
4. Wait until every countries infected. If it shuts down all its transport restart.
5. Start buying lethality symptoms. NOTE: MUST GET WATERBORNE!
6. Watch the earth suffer!

Its kinda funny. I learned that even though Madagascar is usually one of the first five countries to close its borders, it reacts slowly when you use the parasite class. Why is this? Probably because Madagascar IS a parasite.

I love how when the Canada is infected, the next place to get it is the States, but if the States are infected, Canada doesn't really get it until way later. Must be because none of Americans ever cross the border INTO Canada.

Jesus Christ.... When I played this game for like the first 3 times I got Madagascar for the start, and then when I learned that was the BEST starting place, I GET EVERYTHING BUT MADAGASCAR. T^T Opportunities wasted are gone forever... ~sigh~

One thing that makes no sense is that even when you only have sneezing, lots of places shut down their shipyards, hospitals, airports, and borders. This seems pretty darn unrealistic, no?

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive I went from Pandemic Noob to Pandemic Pro in a matter of seconds, this is THE BEST GUIDE EVER!
