i lvld by first getting fire spread and rapid fire to 1 and then maxing rapid fire and then fire spread. after that i just did something. but i did get to lvl 20 very easy this way

Darn i was invaded(so called) by 6 seeker kings,1 grunt king and 2 vessle kings.I think the spawnrate of the seekers are too high

i have a suggestions:
1. If developer watching this. please make the background plain black, it's hard to see which one is enemy, which one is rainbow pixels and which one is BACKGROUND. thx
2. I think Seeker's attack power is too strong.

Max shooting speed 1st, than put 1 pt in PIXEL and 1 pt in BULLETS. After that work on maxing PIXEL until VESSELS start appearing. For these bastards, add 1 pt in piercing. Once PIXEL is maxed, get BULLETS to lvl 4 and add 1 pt in MAGNETISM. From now on, attack in the direction you're moving and you should lvl up very fast but dont move to fast because of SKULLS. From there choose your path, but I would max CRITICAL and get BULLETS to lvl 5. Good Luck.

i know an easy way to get the gold trophys for max upgrade all skills first get all bronze and silver trophys then start a game put 3 bonus points into the upgradde you want max play till your level 5-7 then upgrade it. it'll max out then once the trophy thing says you got it (at the bottom of the screen) kill yourself . rinse and repeat.

The quit button needs to be LESS conveniently placed. I clicked it on accident with almost 700,000 points and now I have no badge , but I have a trophy D:<

The man up there says to move as little as possible. That is a lie. Move as much as possible, and get to level 15+ asap. The brown enemies called Vessels in the bestiary, that shoot purple things at you get to you as fast as possible. In the game, I encountered 3 massive boss-types at once, and they all shot purple things at me. I got 1k chain in less than a couple seconds. Imo, Its all about getting firespread/piercing. Fire rate is a bonus.

add a shop so people who play this can buy some items to help them (e.g. dice allows the player to gamble so they can get half or double of what they get from a dead enemy, wave-blaster 2000 will allow the player to fire waves of plasma instead of bullets so enemies are still hit when missing, however, the main problem is that it takes twice as much points to upgrade the multishot skill...).

.... after you have them maxed then upgrade fire spread to lvl5.... but never max firespread once you have already gotten the trophy.... the reason behing this is lvl 5 firespread shoots out 3 shots to the center and 1 shot each diagonally away from you... if you max it will only shoot 2 shots from the center and then 2 shots each diagonally... you want your shot focus to be shooting where you are aiming and with lvl 5 firespread you will always have 3 shots shooting were you are aiming. this is important because you want to kill the enemies in front of you and were you are aiming as they pose the most threat rather than the ones off to your far side... this will help to clear a path in front of you better allowing more mobility on the map and that equals high scores and staying alive... my high score is over 47million and i did that the first time i tried using firespread 5 instead of max... it helps alot.... ---------> rate this + so people will see

Tip:Fire spread is of course invaluable... upgrading it once doubles your damage as now you have 2 shots instead of 1... but as you upgrade further the amount it increases your damage by decreases and costs more points... as level 3 upgrades you from 2 shots to 3 shots.... 8 damage up to 12... so that is a 50% increase and after that it goes from 3 shots to 4 shots increasing damage from 12 to 16 which is a 33% increase and now costing 4 points for that lvl 4. my suggestion is to upgrade firespread up to lvl 4 then upgrade some other things. i normally go for lvl 3 in rapid fire than lvl 3 crit then lvl 2 piercing... keep upgrading those 3 and also at some point get a little health regen... but max those 3 skills

i have one problem with this- it's hard to fire with the mouse when using a lpatop. wihs i could fire with space. that's the only thing wrong with this. any more games by EpicShadow?

4/5 for gameplay and -1 for the pigs things that essentially destroy the game by forcing you to do what you should never do in this type of game: spin in circles. Also, the inability to shoot the tiny purple guys when they overlap your ship pretty much means an immediate game over. Make it so enemies die when you hit them, otherwise it kind of breaks the game when they sit on you and drain all your health in half a second.

I hardly ever comment on games, this one, I believe is great, there are some flaws, such as when you get to higher levels it is difficult to survive without the pickups, it takes a little bit of time to get the trophies badge, but once you do, it becomes real easy to get to say level 30, one question I have though is when you get to a higher level such as 20-25 and you have a few things maxed out already, the skill points per level decreases, it is 5 per level, but after a while it is reduced to 2 per level

An 'asteroid' style game that is very well done. Good bonus system tying to achievements, good upgrade system that is balanced within the game, no super difficult enemies (for those that are complaining you should upgrade your weapons and keep moving around to gain the time needed to kill the 'hunter' types).

Thing to change: Make it so that enemies level up when you hit a certain score as well, preventing people from sitting in one spot and getting horrendous scores from having too much free time.
Absolutely love the game beyond that.

sorry, meant level 7 with all bonze, level 6 with all silver. also, not trying to sound evil and saying to - other peoples comments, but they are mostly just their opinions on the game. I think that tips to help people prioritize over opinions.

it gets easy after you get all the gold trophies. I find the vessels most irritating, the trick is to stay at a distance and don't let the spawns reach you - or you're as good as dead. upgrade your fire spread and rapid firing to at least level 4. Critical and piercing helps make your bullets more powerful, especially when facing BIG targets. Soon you'll find yourself collecting all the trophies ;D

I reccommend you do this after you have atleast all bronze trophies. All silver trophies makes this A LOT faster: Just get high enough level to get 15 points (level 8 with all bronze, level5 with all silver) and upgrade something to the max. Repeat by restarting to make it faster and doing this with every other skill.

Tips:
It takes 15 points (about 8 levels, 2 points awarded per level) to upgrade something to the max.
The shield power-up (the blue one) lets you take ONE hit without damage. Taking the ONE hit while surrounded by the shield will NOT effeect your chain. They also are NOT stackable.
Collecting all bronze trophies gives you +2 points at the beginning of every level. Silver gives 3 points at the beginning. Im guessing that gold gives +4 and all Platinum gives +5.
Prioritize targets and upgrades. If you want the score, then the point upgrade is the way to go.
ALWAYS get the healing up atleast once to prevent living off of the rare chance of getting the one power-up you need out of everything else.

I don't want to sound like a pussy, am I the only one who thinks the hard badge should be impossible. Not that it is impossible, I just think you should get more than 30 points for it.

also, why is it that the blue squid like enemy always make a point to fly over your guy when they enter the area, they move so fast its impossible to dodge, especially with the big ones. if it wasnt for that, getting to lvl 30+ would be a slight challenge but with the blue guys constantly bombarding you, you just get killeded much quicker.
