To use the chrono thing, read the janitor's notes for dates and locations, and then get the location coordinates from the office chart on the wall. There are three places you need to go, , The sphere statue, the cafeteria and the park. You will find one thing in each of those places.

Ok, something which none of the comments like to mention: for the full 100%, you need to collect all 3 bonuses, give the clone 3 Soul Cores, AND make the clone match your appearance. I thought it was just an aesthetic thing...

I got all three bonuses, gave her Soul Power three times, but only got 90%. What happened? One of the bonuses I managed to give her with like half a second to spare, so I guess it's a bug where the bonus doesn't register if you cut it too close.

There is nothing special about the "story". When I saw the start, I thought this was after Prism Core because it's the same spot. Once I put the girl in the VR chair I figured the surprise, twist, "ah ha" moment, or whatever you want to call it was that I had been playing as her in the other games. However, for all I knew I was the guy back then and she's just doing what I already did. The problem is that Prism core has at least two people in the viewing room, so it can't be the girl in that game.
The premise you write could be cool, but it doesn't go anywhere.

Did you know? since you were not ment to "Break the limit" by getting a fourth core,having over 100% and telling her that she is ready will do nothing,and therefore you can never end.

I put the girl to the lab and when it ended i lost her and i start checking every where then i look outside when i finded her i scare like i saw a jumpscare XD

How do I use the glowy bonuses? The circle disappeared when I went back to the vr room, the square stayed with me for the rest of the game but I couldn't do anything with it. Did they increase my score or not?

For the 100% ending, you need to make the girl look exactly like you, feed her 3 soul cores, then give her 3 glowing symbols (when the timer starts, don't waste time and look for them everywhere)

I just noticed... Prisim core is there.. You play as the girl in all the core games, being watched as the man you are now....... Play prisim core and look over the gears while standing behind the prisim...
