Achievements should pop up when you get them, needs more achievements, - previous version with more elements was more fun. This is a step backward.

At least make it so when you mouse over a spell name that you have, it gives the description.
Not hard to do and adds a little more flavor to the game outside of buying spells.

1/5, only +1 stigma each level meas, best was is restart the game every 5 minutes... would give 4/5 after rebalancing

Fire stigmas don't add bonus damage. Waited a bit in a reset to test, damage didn't go up at all despite gaining 8 Fire AND Water stigmas very quickly

one issue I have with the new x10, x25, x100 hotkeys is that, once released it defaults back to x1 rather than what I previously had the amount set to, it would be nice if either when these keys are pressed it defaults to the amount that hotkey is linked to, or back to what I previously had the multiplier set to rather than default back to x1

First off, good job. Its a progressive game and your programming skills appear to have improved by a lot since the beginning of your first game. That is a huge accomplishment.
On the flip side, if you download idle mage attack from topcog (use bluestacks if you don't have an available device to play it) appears to be everything you're trying to accomplish with this series at a much later stage in design. I would definitely recommend checking out that guy's progression in design of games, he has all of them posted on the play store.
Your design skills have definitely progressed as well but your programming skills have outpaced your design skills. At that point you can either focus on design for a while or find somebody to collaborate with.
All that being said, great job and looking forward to updates for this and any future projects.

The UI is pretty terrible, you should have learned to make better User Interfaces at this point, much dissapointment.

Please add hotkeys for buying several amplifications simultaneously :) Would be much easier than the current method :) Also... An ability is active... Not actively ;) I love your idea with the masteries by the way! :) Keep up with the great ideas! :) The spells also need more balancing towards the midgame :) Haven't gotten past 50k stigmas just yet, but up untill now, I have encountered several balancing issues :) Also, the best ice/fire spell both provide you with an ability giving fire spells an additional 100% damage. For the water spell, you should perhaps change that to water damage. :) Keep on working! :) Looking forward to each and every update here :)

Really good idle game, all active skill shit like offline bouns (%) much OOXXOOXX to clicker type, passive skill overkill.

All spells cast 2x faster makes no sense as a spell. When all the easy to unlock spells would lose value, when they cast faster.... Perhaps change this to a cut the CD of the other spells in half, then double the CD of this spell?
