Nice sequel. Took me a bit to notice this game takes place after the previous one and your character is the Blacksmith's daughter from the first game

Awesome. An improvement as it's more interactive, and I really felt worried for Jinora.
You're doing quite well! You should probably try making a longer RPG-style sequel next if you're planning for one. The story and each protagonist's job just seems to call for one.

i actually think the combat/herb/itneractive bits would be better done through a text interface then a platformer. but otherwise, i was really stoked to know you made a sequel! it's quite charming, and really brightened up my day.

God I loved this. Certainly more interactive than the last one, and it was nice to see how things ended up since the last game. Looking forward to seeing more from you!

is there not a double jump? I can't get to the highest platform to get the last couple of herbs to help the little girl. can anyone tell me what to do? thanks!

Hey Raius, just asking, isn't the main character the smith's daughter? They seem similar to me somehow. Also, game 5/5

I really do love the "Home" series developer. Your first game really hit home with the setting, theme, the time period, story, gentle music, and most importantly, the awesome characters. I may be a bit harsh for saying this, but I do not care for the gameplay as much as I do for the music, story, and characters. This game certainly wasn't bad because the sequel to the home story really fit well. However, I felt that most of the game was just doing ordinary tasks and mostly travelling on and on; with minimal interaction between the adventurer and the little girl. I believe that you can make a really heartwarming and epic future game! I recommend centralizing the game around it's "Home" theme and introducing interesting and meaningful characters with an interesting story with good dialogue. I know that may be asking a lot, but this is all for a good luck wishes for an even better game!
You make solid points, it's not harsh at all. I wanted to add more interaction and conversations between the two characters but I just didn't have the time because of how much more work this game took. Thanks for playing, though, and thanks for the constructive feedback

Ah man, again a great game. It's been killing me since the last one though, is there any way we can get the sheet music for the songs in your games? I really love them and would love to be able to play them

I have been waiting for this game. I love how you changed the perspective of the characters into the girl. Great Game, 9/10. (Because its a bit too short, but still great)

i have a little trouble entering my name after we're done typing are name it would be nice if the enter button ended the name typing and continued the dialogue

This is a spectacular story on its own, even better if you've played the game preceding it. I hope the dev makes more. I could honestly see a longer version of this becoming an actual book.

I love how everything he does she "takes a shine" to. This game is great btw, i haven't played the first but this is the type of game everyone should play, like ethan carter.

When I heard my character talk about the alchemist, I had a quick flash back from the previous game. I still thought it was a different game though and I continued. When I reached the end and found all the other characters, I couldn't stop smiling, it all felt like I also reached home. Great improvement on the previous game, loved how there was some actual fighting and such. Hope to see the next game!

Too short! I just played both games and am in love. I cant wait to see what you do next as you learn more :) I love how you can tell a story that draws you in with so few words.

i just remembered i forgot to rate 5 stars this game. as i don't rate alot of games expect really good ones this is a honor(or honour if your British.i feel like at least one person is.)i don't rate games i like. think bout that(the reason i don't usually rate games is i'm to lazy. and i came back knowing this.can i rate 6 out of 5 stars?)

A little light gameplay to go with the same kind of story telling as in the first one. A much better game overall because of that. 5/5.

So if i could i would rate this game 100/10. Its such a great game with such a great story. when i found out she was the little girl from the last one i just about cried from excitement. all of the people who helped in making this game, you are all a special group of people and u need to keep doing this because you are very talented

btw i had more trouble with the name then the fireballs.here is a hint after the first one when they come from above. hang around the left side and just block as many from the left as u can and block all the ones from the right
