[Spoilers]
A tear ran down my face as soon as i saw that "Welcome Home", congratulations, this journey is so full of emotions, it's lovely

Man I just love how choices do nearly nothing
Especially how girl doesn't trust the mage even if you skipped talking to her/him at start
You would probably be better of with just scrapping the choices

This is a beautiful game, great art and music, with a good story line that connects amazingly with its predecessor's characters and ideas. Its stunning how much can be captured in a mere 10 minutes of gameplay. Can't wait for more.

Oh my gosh, I thought this was similar to the other game (I didn't realize this was the sequel) and it's so perfect!! The little girl you trained became an adventurer herself s so sweet

The game really does seem similar to Home, I instantly saw that the games were related, but I think this one solved the issue people had with the first one by adding those action bits, without losing the sense of warmth and comfort the game has. And the ending "Welcome Home" is satisfying and moving in the best way. I do have to complain about the control scheme. In my opinion, adding W as a jump button would be much more intuitive than having to use the spacebar with ASD.

I just noticed the protagonist is the girl who was infected from the last game, great idea! This was as relaxing and enjoyable as the first one, 5/5.

Among so many new idle/upgrade games, games that take forever to make an actual progress, games with guns, explosions and more, you managed to make the impossible. Simple, but incredibly complex. It does not take more than 30 minutes to finish it, but we enjoyed every single second of it. An incredibly well-written text, with a calm, soothing music on the background. And all of that, revolving around a simple word, but that has so much meaning: "Home". Congratulations, I take my hat off.

It rarely happens that I'm so invested with the story, that I really want to choose good over evil. Short but rewarding.

This is a game that anyone can enjoy. It has light gameplay, beautiful artwork, and awesome characters and story. This game made me very happy.

Great game, short but sweet. I just have a suggestion though--do you think you could change the jump button to the w key? I'm not sure if this is true for people other then me but w is commonly used for jump other then space.
I'm about to release a small update where that will be included, as well as the up arrow. Personally, I'm more used to space being the jump button and it just never crossed my mind that some people are more used to using E or up. Honestly, I find it really awkward not using space so I can see how it'd be equally weird for someone like you to not be able to use the E key. Thanks for pointing this out.

I was playing through, thinking it seemed familiar and then you tell the story about getting through the infection and I realized it was a continuation.. Awesome game!

Beautiful game, just like the previous one, i suspected meredith from the start though. Although the final scene "the end" looping back to the title screen would have been nice

Great little game, and as for the dash being somewhat unclear, the main problem with that was that the only jump you really need a dash for (the top-right herbs) can almost be made with a normal jump, so for a while I thought I was just miss-timing (I also failed to read the tutorial thoroughly). If you would put in a big gap that can clearly only be crossed by jump-dashing right after the tutorial I think it would prevent a lot of confusion.

t____t i'm filled with joy and warmth. Thank you so much for this refreshing heartwarming moment of genuine humanity. It doesn't really compare but the atmosphere and intentions reminded me of Sword & Sworcery who was a real pleasure to go through also. Thank you!
ps: previous comment got cut out, also realized meanwhile this is a sequel - i'm keeping the original Home for another day in need of comfort :)

I absolutely love your games. I loved your last one and was not disappointed with this one. you definitely deserve 5 stars on the series. keep up the good work.
I don't really know what I'll make next so I can't say for sure. If it ends up being a game that fits the world of Home then yeah but if it's just something else completely different then probably not. I do plan to revisit it every now and then though. Thanks for playing!

This game is FANTASTIC. Home could have been a very strong stand-alone game, but turning it into more was an amazing choice. These two games complement each other beautifully, and it would be amazing to see more in the future.

Absolutely amazing. The characters from the first game haven't changed a bit. I love the story and the new characters. (especially the plot twist on Meredith) The choices in this game really make it seem like an interactive fiction game. Truly, truly loved it.
. . . still waiting for the adventurer and the alchemist to fall in love.

I love the game, but can you let us change the controls, because this doesnt work forme, took to much dmg because the jump was set to space... Otherwise, its a great game. I love it!

Woah, I can't believe you actually managed to top yourself. The first game was amazing as is, but this one took the cake. Keep it up. 5/5

love it, love the fact that the same family is waiting for her, and love the fact that there are still life choices. love it. no doubt that its worth at least 4.5/5, but because you can choose the name, it gets that extra .5, so 5/5 is all your getin. ;)

Realizing who it was I was playing as was a very effective moment for me, and I'll admit, I started crying when the Home theme began playing. My computer's a potato, so playing those 4 combat levels was quite difficult and laggy for me, but I appreciated them because the pixel art is lovely. I've fallen in love with the world you've created in your games, and I can't wait to play the next one, 5 stars from me!

Oh my god. The fact this game ties into the original "Home" really is enjoyable. And there's actual gameplay this time! 10/10 would recommend!

wait... if we're the young girl from the previous game, shouldn't we have her name, instead of picking our own? i named myself jack before i knew i was a woman
She was only called 'Smith's Daughter' in Home so she didn't really have a name. I added the ability to name her just as an added bit of immersion, really. And a lot of people thought she was male the first time as well
