New Game Submissions Re-Opening Soon!— Update April 3rd, 2026
As you may have already seen, Kongregate.com has recently added a new game, Dungeons Deep by a newly onboarded developer, Portalis! This marks a significant milestone in our efforts to re-open an improved new game submission process to the public once again. When can I submit a new game?We will be opening the new game submission form soon. Please be on the lookout for a future announcement.
Starting out, we will be onboarding a small number of new games as we relaunch submissions, and we will continue to expand this as we work through the process with more and more developers. However, we still encourage you to submit your game at your earliest convenience since this will help your game get reviewed sooner! Once your game is submitted, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. Our team will be working to make sure all submissions are reviewed eventually, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our game submission process. We are looking forward to work with a growing amount of developers as we continue scaling this program. Our Developer Portal has been updated with a fresh look and now allows developers to make new submissions in addition to managing their existing games. We have archived all previous submissions and we will be following up. Please be patient and we will reach out if we need more from you. Same as ever, we will be focused on bringing a wide variety of browser games to Kongregate that span different genres, styles, and development methods. This will include everything from our extensive back catalog of classic Flash games to all-new types of unique online experiences, and we will be manually reviewing incoming submission to be certain that the highest quality games make their way to our site. As always, our priority is creating a platform where players can discover great games, and where developers can share unique and engaging games with a broad audience from around the world. Our new game submission process and improved developer support will be an ongoing effort throughout 2026 and beyond.
