there is one bug: the rules say i win, when the enemy needs to take a card but cannot, but i loose, if my attack kills him, but a dropping event depletes my last card, while it's my turn, but he is the one who would need to draw a card the next time

@Organgeduck: There's a button that says "See your battle log" near the bottom right of the screen that will tell you everything. You can also click the enemy's depletion pile and then click on the cards in it to them them more closly. A lot of them have abilities that aren't viewable otherwise.

I understand there are a lot of aspects to this game. But sometimes it's just really unclear why, exactly, I'm being hit with, say, 8 damage when an opponent plays a card with 2 attack, or something like that. It would be nice to see some kind of explanation as to how the numbers are adding up as they do.

Duels aren't fair? Go to a TCG tournament and tell the organizer that you just started that day and only have a pre-constructed beginner's deck. See if they even give a shit and will not match you with the top seed. I'm level 215 and I lose to people half my level because of the cards they have purchased.

how is that comment about making an lc pack for sale for a million bucks getting uprated? are you insane, thats 100k E worth of bucks for 5 cards
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I have a few suggestions for the game. First: Start selling things for buck that are purchasable and useful, not only glory packs that almost never drops tempus cards or alternative colors of basic equipment. Second: stop giving honor packs in week reward, people don't wait a entire week to get frustrated with common cards. Third: Make LC, or prestige, cosmic and draft packs, purchasable with bucks, even if it's WAY too expensive, because we don't anything more to spend bucks on. It's only that, the game is great, the art is fantastic, keep the good work. You all have my thanks

@groox your right nd wrong but no bg deal o the subject, its justbeen broughtup many times and still nothin done bout it, i know you can agre with that

@cyr426: I feel like your comment helps my argument, I don't see how you've pointed out how I'm wrong. If this is their newest game, of course it has less players than their others games. Less players means less people trying to duel at any given moment, means less restrictions can be put onto who can duel who, or players will be required to wait far too long to start a duel. You've presented a case for how to make matchmaking better in the future. I'm bringing up how there's no way for it to be made better currently.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
not true @grolox , 5th planet has the lvl restrictions for pvp on all their other games so you don have to fight someone way to op for yu to have a chance to beat, and seeing this is their newest game they might not have implemented it here yet
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@CaptainIcarus: Would you rather have to wait 10 min to start every time you try to duel? Because thats the alternative to being matched up against people stronger than you. There simply aren't enough people hitting that duel button to allow restrictions onto the level of your opponent.

A "Willpower Counter" is a form of token in this game. At the beginning of each battle, you have 0. There are cards that add Willpower Counters, and there are others that remove Willpower Counters to gain a more powerful effect than those that have no cost to play.

ok now say i want a new character or to reset the one i have due to in game mistakes and bugged item losses. i would severely like to be able to reset the game.

In the missions, I recommend leaving the previous battles up so that we can see who we have already defeated. It woud be even better if we could battle themwhenever we wanted, but at least leave them up.

If the text states that there is a 4% chance of a certain event taking place, Don't make it happen 50% of the times, mostly if it's the chance of the boss causing you one bazillion damage.

@SickoPath333: In your defense, that is *exactly* what I was saying about the game when I first started playing. And the issue is, you're right... for the first few days of gameplay... Until you get to the point that you have a collection of cards you're choosing from and not just using almost all of the not bad cards you have, you *really* don't get a good sense of what this game is. There is strategy, it simply doesn't become apparent until the "Play the most powerful card" idea you're suggesting stops being thing you can do because all 3 cards in your hand are awesome. When you reach that stage is when the game starts being fun, because then you *need* stratey or you will not win easily.

@Hoju: For the Gingerhaired Men I've found its best to make sure you deck has quite a few cards with low attack so you don't screw yourself over every time they play Sweet Revenge. Cards with low attack that also do other things are the best solution, like Endure or Slow Burn. Make sure the attack isn't 0, as if it is, the next attack you play will make you lose cards. Sweet Revenge is OP like that. I however did find this wasn't enough of a solution against the Mad Confectionist and was totally unable to beat him until I added cards as OP as he was to my deck in the form of a Finishing Blow and 2 Diamonoids. (Considering his frequeny of playing Jaw Breaker, I wouldn't count on allies too much thou.) Keep facing him until you get lucky and he doesn't draw the card version of himself any time other than early game, as if he does you automaticly lose. You only have to beat him once, and that's why.

I have a few complaints with this game. First, choosing your emerging power has no impact what your "moves," i.e. cards are; random luck determines whether your cards match your skill set should be. Second, there's no cost to play a card, so nothing stops your opponent from slamming you with amazing cards you don't have or haven't paid to get. And finally, this is a money-grubbing knock-off of X-men that tries to make double-clicking a card exciting. This is a non-game with no strategy, just play the most powerful card you have.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@drdpiratroberts - Yes, that is part of the challenge. If you were to click on the enemy's cards to read their effects, you would see that the "Gingerhaird Men" ally shuffles a copy of "Get Your Red Hots" into its owner's deck on deplete.

So I am fighting the stupid clown and SOMEHOW he keeps having cards added to his deck as I damage him... is this part of the challenge or what? I deal 10... he takes 6 and gains 2 cards... that makes NO F-ING SENSE!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ixnay is so OP.
he is down to like 2 health and plays the H_____ card and gets copied and I get hit for double crits of over 20 cards.

Is there anyone to go from refreshing to live updating on number of players in the brawl "waiting area?" It'd make match-making a lot easier. So would open chat in the brawl area.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i think there is alot of people that don't realize if it's got a badge in front of an effect that the card does you can't do that unless you have that badge
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The card "Finishing Blow" doesn't seem to work. It doesn't move any cards from discard to banish pile nor increase any damage.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@stalker_42 if its a draft pack, the only way to open it is to draft, I think. You will eventually accumulate three draft packs even if you play for free (like me). then you just need to use bucks for three glory packs. IMO drafting is the best way to get good cards as a free player.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If the Mad Confectionist draws the card version of himself late game, its an automatic win for him. How is that fair? Am I suppose to completly recontruct my deck to only include cards (that I don't have) that banish instead of deplete? There is simply no way for me to live after that much late game damage...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Draft packs are meant to be difficult to obtain. They should not be buyable with bucks or common cards, because they are the best chance for free players to get epics. If they did that, they'd probably make them just glory packs. I consider this one of the most generous games in terms of what is given for daily rewards.

@bl865ood An "upstart" is one "sub-type" of card. Many ally cards, when part of a specific group (Genesis Squadron, EFL, Upstart, Animal) are marked with such a sub-type in the upper right corner of the card's effect description.
