They said that being an evil zombie-controlling mastermind would involve tough choices, but I was never prepared to choose between destroying Santa's Workshop or Penguinopolis. WHAT KIND OF MONSTER HAVE I BECOME!??!?!?!

Your main enemy in this game is not the humans, it's the notification popup as it keeps exiting you out of your attacks.

Interesting idea, but the game turns into a grind once you have a few millions and can get max employees.
Suggestion: there should be a way to max out or remove all zombies of one type from your army with a single click. For example ctrl-click on the + and -. When you have all the commanders it's slow to fill up 100 zombies.

Two more things that could have been improved: The hiring function, it should include a firing option for accidental purchases or just for lowering costs. The second thing would have to be that I am not too sure whether having more numbers but low defense and attack is good, or how certain combinations affect each other. If I have 50 high leveled zombies, and I add a few lesser zombies, my overall attack and defense shouldn't take a nosedive. If anything, it should add power. Attack obviously is the damage that can be done, defense is obviously how resistant to damage the army is... but what about size of the army? How does that come into play?

I always wonder if the dev is still around on these old games. I mean, the game was written in 2011-2012. It's anybody's guess... although, looking at the AethosGames profile, it shows their last activity on Kong in 2016! Face it folks: this is a remnant game. There's no one around to respond to suggestions or criticism except Gregg, maybe. But he only badges games -- he doesn't fix em. *shrug* Comment away, just don't expect a result. :P

The income is jumping all over the place with no rhyme or reason. Half the time is spent waiting for money to come in and the other half re-attacking the same cities over and over for ever decreasing populations and watching the income jump wildly with no correlation to said population or anything else for that matter.

This was fun to play, but the economics of the game were clear as mud. You need a better economic tutorial to prevent the player from going bankrupt due to being uninformed about how to make money in this game. Particularly the salary increases were killer. You could go from in the black to deep in the red with one click, irreversibly (one click = instant game over) if you don't have the cash reserves to immediately increase your earning power to compensate. I found that to be a rather stupid mechanic. If that could be re-thought, this would be a nice game.

Just so you guys know, the power of your zombies are all multiplied together, and the attack and defense are averaged out. So no matter what, adding more zombies to an army will always make it more powerful and if the attack and defense are more balanced you will always have more power (example: 5p x 7a x 3d = 105 , 5p x 5a x 5d = 125).

I honestly hope a sequel is made, as this is a very interesting and fun game to play some improvements can be made, and I hope they are in a second creation.

Everything is fine and dandy before you hit Corporate Capacity 3. Then the salary multiplies by 10 and you can barely stay out of the red when that happens unless you bank up about 150k for more sales employees to get more merch out there.

The major issue is that you MUST play in "waves". In other words, max out at the 4 employees each and get as far as you can, then sit there till you get 100,000. Then, you upgrade max to 8, buy all 8, fully upgrade the Economy, max out everything else, then capture as much as possible. Then wait for about a million, then repeat with 12. At 5 mil, you can repeat with 16, then at 10 mil, fully upgrade and win. --- Remember, your economy depends solely on ZOMBIE POPULATION and the stuff you sell. Upgrading and all the sudden your say 12 employees go from 50 bucks a day (600) to 250 (3000) can be harsh if you are not prepared.

Good game, but one major problem really spoils it. I attack a city, lose 30 zombies. That's fine, because I have hundreds in my base just waiting to take their place, except.... before I attack the next city, I have to spend click that plus button 30 time to refill my zombies for the attack. Why can't it just restock my attack group from my spare zombies? Why must I manually click it? Why does holding down the button not make it go faster? It takes longer to prep for the attack, then for the attack to complete!

There's a pretty serious balance issue here. If you just max out employees at level one, there's no reason to not just sit there forever and rack up cash until you've purchased everything else before upgrading capacity. Increasing the cost of everything by 10x is way too much. Instead of balancing, you're just bogging the game down and making me wait around forever until I've gotten the necessary cash to buy everything else. Then I just increase capacity to buy the higher end units to conquer the rest of the map.
Lower the daily salary and cost to new workers when you upgrade capacity, because as it stands it only serves to drag the game out (and not in a fun way).

One thing I've noticed is that the random event, especially the "humans have reclaimed " event, increases in chance if you're on double speed. On double speed, the events happen up to three times a day, but on normal speed it's hardly even once a week. + so everyone can see

When i conquered the world and read the ending text (so no more humans and the whole world is mine) a text appeared: I have bad news! Humans recaptured X'il in China! Make sure to recapture it! Now that is something...

REALLY, REALLY nice game, but here a few nitpicks:
-Pop-ups, are really annoying, because they stop whatever you're doing.
-The zombie army selection screen, you have to add a zombie. One. Dang. Zombie at a time and it get's INCREDIBLY tedious in later levels.
-Maybe it's only on my game, but I've only ever had 3 good things happen to me throughout my entire game and 2 of them were later in the game when, I was settled and had no other worried then conquering America (yah, having 23mil. can help a lot) So idk if that's the norm but, I'm sured I've re-conquered every African, Canadian and Central American City at least 5 times and many, other, bad things.
Vote up so this can get noticed, otherwise, feel free to copypasta this comment.
Happy Gaming!

And in the world's last chance for survival as the zombies went to destroy their last city, the humans reclaimed Santa's Workshop.

You desperately need to be able to fire employees. I had to restart because I wanted to increase my revenue so I increased employee capacity for the shop to get new items and was totally scewed by that because the wages far outweight the sales. The random events are annoying, humans constantly capturing a town I just demolished or events to slow your process such as losing half your zombies, all your item upgrades, or not being able to sell for 2 days. They add no strategy, no fun and are plain annoying and frustrating. And please put a MAX-button on the attacking screen. I want to use 100 zombies so why do I have to click the +1 button instead of a fill rest button? Oh well.. many minor flaws that could be easily fixed by the Dev, decent game nontheless.

Wow, man! This game is awesome. I really love the whole gameplay. But I think there should be a penguin zombie. :o (I might be just missing it though. :P)

Two comments: I dont enjoy the loss in population, humans keep retaking cities and when I grab then again I end up with less total zombies than before. Some upgrades on city defences maybe? Also, is there a link between days to complete and dificulty for the achievement? Cause I can get unde 75 on hard, but under 60 seems to be possible only on easy, mainly because on hard they take too many tows and I get almost none investment bonus, along with losing half my army and all sales upgs....

I just lost the game because I couldn't fire zombies... The event where you can't sell anything for 2 days killed me since I just upgraded something...
People always seem to misunderstand that. I love sonny, and it's an incredible game. The meaning behind it was that the human decided it wasn't worth it to fight a zombies, since he played Sonny.

A tip for when this is the badge of the day (learned the hard way):
-You only earn revenue when you have areas conquered, you can't just buy a bunch of marketers and revenue upgrades and let it sit there
-Buy ALL employees in every department BEFORE upgrading how many you can have, they will cost the upgrade price even if you haven't maxed yet.
-Don't buy employee upgrades until you're at a comfortable revenue, you will bankrupt very quickly
Hope this helps you get the badge and you avoid the same mistakes I made, several times lol
