Now, why dose this masterpiece not have badges? I mean for crying out loud, there are achievements in this game, I would like badges for them!

Music ruined it for me. Toss the Turtle and Castle Crashers I think are fine with it. (At least I'm pretty sure Castle Crashers used this.) Anyway. NOT FOR A SURGERY GAME.

1/5 cause of laggy crap 3/5 for originality & realism 4/5 for graphics...but since I can only put so many stars up there it will be only 1..because if a game becomes too laggy whats the freaking point...while I was trying to put the saw back in all it would do is jump around as if I was having a seizure if it wasn't for that this would easily be a 4-5 star game

oh and don't stop sawing to pour yourself a drink or 2.....you'll never get the saw back in....like you would even bother taking it out.....to much bs that needs to be fixed

well that nice to F*cking know...that you gotta mash the hell out of spacebar to boost your will to live....died the 1st time cause I didn't know what the heck was going on...2nd time ran out of will but had plenty of life??????????.........oh crap I got 1 hand on my glass the other on the bottle pouring my self several drinks to numb the pain....so what am I supposed to saw my leg off with while I'm mashing spacebar....oh great I got a huge spear or chunk of metal in my leg but I must amputate ???? why cant I just yank it out and bandage it....get the hot Iron and cauterize the wound

The game is fricking hard. I understand how easy it is to win, but using the mouse (Joystick, Touchpad, OR stylus) I can't get past level 2. You need a bit more time, and a warning when the patient is sober. Because I ended up losing because I didn't realize he was sober until it was at 8 seconds.

after every step, give a full shot of wiskey, in the beginning, fill the drunkness, i have never gone below 70 (so far) and rage quit on self

My saw keeps lagging when I am trying to cut my leg off... So Im sitting there mashing my spacebar and drinking whiskey.... Sounds like Im Irish

If I were bleeding to death and was about to amputate my leg, I doubt I would worry about pouring the whiskey into a glass before drinking it. Or just refrain from getting drunk so I can control my saw.

I found when you need to cut leg off opiration when using the saw it glitched and starting being unmovable when hitting space and swapping back to whiskey and back to saw :( but really fun once you get it :)

this game could be so cool but sucks balls becasue all the glitches like when i put the shrapnel on the plate and it doesn't register
