This is a good game. I can see all the hard work and love that was put in to the game. The voices are great which makes the game funny. The music is great and, it helps make the game better. This game is one of my favorite computer games.

Funny game. I like the concept. The music and dialogue was funny and the idea of it being a show was cute. My one problem is that I didn't understand that the battle system was putting you stat for stat and that's how the "rounds" were determined. I would just load up on whatever the monster was "weak" to and didn't know why I was losing.

Since you only need three out of the four to win, it's most beneficial to just ignore range altogether. The ranged weapons take up way too much room and are oddly shaped. You can usually max out the other three with 2-3 items for each.

The game has too many loopholes, but it is still fun. If a boss is strong against something, completely ignore that type of item. The final boss has a strong range stat, so if you just ignore all range items and grab the other 3, you win extremely easily, even without max space (which is also easy to get).

Ammo adds range points when you have the accompanying weapon. Two highest is usually enough to max a stat (two axes, two huge potions, two armors, etc).

The place where the item is on the grid doesn't seem to match up exactly with where my mouse actually is...I can have the cursor right in the center of a box on the grid and have the item be placed in the adjacent square. Game would be a lot more enjoyable if not for that.

beating this game got so annoying that I started only grabbing attack and magic items and left it to the spinning wheel

If you ever played games like Diablo and thought that all those tedious monster battles got in the way of your creative and exciting inventory management, then this is the game for you!

note: tie breaker landing on the line counts as defeat. Happened to me the first time I had tie breaker on my first battle.

Great game and really fun to play!! It's one of a very small number of games that I came back to play even if I had finished it years ago. It has some killer quotes too...!!! :D

You need to compose ranged with arrows, stones before equiping to max it. You should check numbers like: 0/8 it is a number of "missiles".

Goes from slightly challenging to downright negligible in difficulty when you realize that no enemies have any maxed stats; just ignore range and max (or near-max) the others!

Range is BY FAR the weakest thing - heres why. If you have 2 shotguns (which bye the way take up more space than ANYTHING ELSE IN THE GAME) one with 5 shots - the other with 6 shots that increases your range by a total of 3 points... 2 of the large potions that take up 7 squares (14 total) is enough to max out your magic gauge - a couple of breastplates taking 7 squares (14 sub - 28 total) is enough to max out your defense a handful of swords taking up 14 squares is usually enough to max out your attack...

How to win most levels without thinking: Take two Halberds (to max out Attack) and two Body Armours (to max out Defense), let all other items from these categories go. Ranged is horribly underpowered yet takes up a ton of space... so just ignore all of it. Grab all the potions you see; you'll have plenty of space to fit them all. You'll win in three categories and lose in one, making you win the fight.

Mute button? Not everyone can play in an area with sound enabled. Please don't take this as a negative towards the sounds, they are extremely well done.

Two Plate armor make max armor. Two 3x3 potions make max magic. Two Halberds (the battleaxe looking things) make max attack. Don't bother with ammo and range. you only need 3 of the four slots filled or higher then the enemy to win.

Someone mentioned a catapult in the comments. Is that actually an item? I figured the stones were just a joke after never finding any.

It's basically impossible to win with range. The range equipment takes up a lot of space AND don't do a lot of damage.

I wish I was told what items able to put together... I could only get 2 things to go... any armor should combine and form a suit or something

I'm experiencing a bug. When I try to combine items, sometimes they just get small, but don't actually combine. Then their picture is frozen on the background.
