Hoooooooly carp. Like, the RNG is still soo god damn real. I've had some levels where I kid you not, I watched HALF the timer go by and NO enemies spawned. I just felt like restarting then and there but I always felt committed. Then there's the issue I occasionally have where the blimps feel like they're IMMUNE to my freaking nail! So I had a couple of enemies even pass by me! And I ALWAYS saved as MUCH gold as I can by bombing the Dinos with the owls.
All that being said... you have NO idea how much my stomach was churning as I was watching my gold go up after bombing 6 dinos in one and seeing it go from 4700s, 4800s, 4900s, 4950s, 4990s... and I JUST complete it by being ONLY 175 over. That 175 over sure is a HECK of a lot less than the 3.5k I keep seeing people say even with the golden nail. I'm inclined to say that the RNG nature of gold drop by level 11 is even upwards to the 20ks.
Oh well. I have the badge now. I am happy. I am now done with this game forever.

the nail is the most annoying weapon i ever had the displeasure of having to use, almost never works, popping the baloons without the gold upgrade is hell

The control system is too slow, and without hot-keys switching weapons is unbearable. This has the potential to be a GREAT game, but (for me at least) the responsiveness of the control system ruined it.

Badges busted. Second time through I counted the enemies killed, over 100 before the golems appeared, them kept playing, still no badge

Can anyone explain how I have to use the nail for goo and balloons, water for fire things, fire for other things and so on, but my crew and cannons (when I recruit them) can magically hit anything?
Well, it could be a nice game, but the controls combined with the fact that weapons are so specialized make it simply infuriating, at least for me. 1/5

cute little game, but intentionally having extremely difficult controls does not mean that the game is genuinely challenging. 2/5

Shoot! My best so far is 12, I think I would have gotten 11 if I hadn't found a bug. After you buy stuff, then there's the go button.

The hard badge (and medium badge that you get with it) is pretty easy as long as you follow Failen's advice. You'll most likely end up really close or just under the required 5k for the last repair on the 11th day, but it shouldn't take more than 2 attempts.

No offense,but i think its funny everyone remembers how they got the hard badge and comments it,and i have it and dont remember ever playing this

I find the random amounts of money more problematic in getting the hard badge than the controls. The first time I played I got $2000 the first day other times $1400. Even with only buying artillery I come up about $200 short.

No skip for opening or end... Random waves (and random amounts of gold?) I'm not going to keep playing this for a *chance* at a hard badge. 3/5

Fun game, but seems kind of glitchy. After one level, all my turrets dissappeared, and a few levels later a lost when I golem got past my turrets - I was at 74 health. Pretty annoying! Also, hotkeys would be good.

I don't think you can make an awkward game like this, controls wise. 4/5 for good gameplay though.
A save option may have been useful.

1st try,day 11 4000 gold and 1 repair left.damn.2nd try,got of the island on day 10.The problem is that this game is really random,so even if you you use failen's guide it's still a matter of luck to get the hard badge
