I'm LOVING the tips in this game. "You almost died in that last last fight. Try some training battles--you get loot too!" Nothing obtrusive, the tips just seem to hit right when I seem to need them.

This is a nice and enjoyable game. However, once you compensate a character's weakness (ie, you upgrade the damage of a rogue, or the speed of an axeman), every character becomes pretty much the same. Once I realised this, and noticed that I was geting the same skills up untill leech, I gave up on playing it trough for a second time.

Really cool game, I enjoyed it so much :)
By the way, me vs last boss - http://i43.tinypic.com/fuvxox.png. Kind of epic ;)

Wound makes any boss rather pathetic, considering that no matter how much health the boss has, if you survive for anything longer than 20 seconds you can win the fight... Amazing game, regardless. Loved it!

lvl 35 axeman with all points into dmg seems to be the way to go, just 2 shotted the last boss with that (stunned and both the regular attack and leach critted), With a lvl 35 rogue (all in speed) the fight takes longer as he just keeps stabbing away with +/- 3.7k dmg per stab, no matter what mob (appart from the last boss) the stabs are to fast for the opponent to even start attacking, on the boss itself the heals are quite pointless, the time it takes for the boss to heal, more then that amount has been removed allready, if anything boss healing= breathing space for the hero. The walkthrough states that you should have lots of health for the last boss, and suggests that you should use headcracker, dont see a reason to do so tho.

Play on hardcore, fools! And try to win the game then, w/o any training fights. Good luck - you will really need it...

it might just be me but one of the tips is to stop thier power attack with a stun but their attacks are too fast to catch

Got to 3rd fight of third floor in hardcore. So difficult. 5/5
12k ish points.
Tips - Kind of annoying but the only way I was able to get so far was to wait 50 minutes for the bonus armor token, sell them all and trade them for a bunch of Jewel tokens to start the first fight with 15% extra xp and 15% xtra gold.
Built axeman with speed. Wizard is hard as heck. Only way I could beat him was to not do anything for about 10 turns except potions, stacking up rage and then stun locking him to death interrupting 8 or so consecutive heals.
Anyone get further than this? Beating it doesn't seem possible and I"m curious if the ending is different.

Very good game. Completed it in 1 hour with all achivements that don't touch potions - i used them only on final boss lol. 5/5

Honestly, I love this game, but the random difficulty spike on the final boss is irritating. Up until then, when I hit a floor boss i'd die, level up once or twice, use the stones gained by grinding to up my equip. and be fine. Facing the final boss, I had max equipment and got wasted so fast I couldn't tell what happened. Ended up grinding an additional 8 levels (started at 30 with max equip, and ended on 38) and I only won because I lucked out with a stun spell.
Otherwise a very nice game, but having the last half of my hour and a half play-through literally be grinding is kinda irritating.
8/10 (-1 for the boss, and -1 for the fact that you can max equip fairly easily and you end up with a ton of money and stones that do nothing but collect dust. Maybe add a system where you can trade like, 10 stones for 1% of your current exp bar?)

It would be awesome if you could move your attacks around. I personally only used like three attacks, and if I could change those to numbers 3-5 it would be awesome. That way I dont have to move my whole hand to hit "More Rage" and than back again to hit "Stun". It would just make me effective. + to Agree!

There should be a wizard character to choose from and he would be extremely slow but do a lot of damage but still a good game. 5/5

Defeated first 2 bosses and at level 44 but there is a small yellow line in the window and i can't level up no more. Great game but can't play it after all this time.

wow, what an intriguing game. You should offer expansions or something in return for payment. I seriously enjoy such diverse games that allow you to grind to get better but also make sure that its not a requirement. Also, mirror monsters? That was the brilliant challenge addition in the game. You can never be too strong because you get attacked by equal strength.

Also sell potions a lot early on. You don't really need them for awhile and you can only have 9 so you're just wasting them if you don't sell them.

I think thats its a great game just a note If the character would change looks when you lvl it would be great and I keep getting notes about training fights but i dont see any

not a bad game, good enough to play all the way through, not a fan of the ending though it's a "you won the game but get to feel like you lost it!" kind of thing, I really hate them, when I beat a game I want to feel like I won not be given something that kills that "thrill" which this did immediately after winning.

I actually used @slith93 's strategy for the final boss after losing a couple times. Worked stupidly well. Respec'd all points and talents into health and let the enemies waste away to wound, with leach to heal. Berserk when you have the spare rage.

Im normally not a fan of RPG type game such as this one, however the fast pace driven by autoattack makes this game very enjoyable. I also enjoyed the realativly simple upgrade/equipment system.
