Starting in 0.0.8, yes. Click the upgrade button to update your game. The upgrade button gets rid of all of your resources, but you get to keep all of your experience and money. It would be a good idea to only press it between versions.

As we accumulate wealth and go to the shop, it would be nice to know how much we have left after we upgrade. This is very useful for those of us who may forget how much we have to work with. The other thing is that, despite the big red "X" over it, we are able to access our houses and build the small cave. I don't know if it was planned this early or not, but I always build everything. (For those who want to try, it's the orange/yellow button.)

Started over anyway, figured that we be the answer I'd get anyway, but surprisingly, not that annoyed, this game has potential, is relaxing, and it's idle, so what the fukk do I care.
Sorry about that! Yeah, there's going to be issues like that while content is rapidly added. There was no variable set for your yew resources and the game didn't know what to do with them. I will be adding a button to upgrade your version that lets you keep more of your things. But, if that doesn't work, hitting new game will always fix it.

So, tried selling the tree parts from the yew tree that were marked as NaN, bad idea, now my money meter shows NaN, and selling parts from other tree parts will not change that, so yeah, pretty major design flaw, maybe you should look into fixing that. And give it to me straight, will I have to start over to fix this or what?

I think you should add upgrades at the different skills, like drop rate, how much it drops, % drop rate on better drops and how fast ur chopping/mining :D could be cool
At this point of development you will have to start a new game whenever new items are added if you want to use the new items. I'll have this fixed in the next update. (A big one!)

Is there any chance you can do updates and we can use our old saves at the same time? Cos it's kinda annoying to start a new game with each update ..mb at least save character's skills level and money?

im staying with this game :) i remember when i got my account banned on runescape for no reason by mod abusers,well the wood cutting was pretty much the reason why i LOVED runescape,and now this Idle game has made me remake a new account,Thanks man 5+ and faved <3

Not sure if bug or it is just the way it is supposed to be , but when you chop an apple tree emptyhanded , i mean when you don't use any axes n stuff , you get a LOT more apples per minute, like pretty much one apple per second...

The shop looks much improved but it seems like it could use some borders and boxes to make it feel less jumbled together.

It would be awesome , if you added some battles n stuff, so we can spend resources on crafting some armour and weapon..awesome game though

seems interesting even if it's in alpha.
Perhaps the option for crafting could be implemented, allowing us to design and deck out our character in gear which have various bonuses to them.
Looking forward to more.

Great start! Needs A LOT of work still, but this could potentially be a four to five star game when you're finished. There aren't enough good idle games out there hope you "stick" with this one.
