Great work on that tutorial! Next time if you can show us how to maybe draw 3 or 4 different drawings e.g. forsets, snow etc...

lolz cool but u should have added a screen that u could practice it on in the game. havnt tried it yet so i just wont rate the game.

it is made in program flash or illustrator, but if you are pro enough you can do these tricks in paint.net (an very VERY advanced version of paint with all the layer things and that stuff+it's FREE but it is kinda and differen't from paint) but illustrator isn't free, you must buy illustrator so yeah, better download paint.net here: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html

@used tissue, its called a paintorial because it shows you how to paint. Not because its used in paint cus it isnt as he mentioned layers, gradients and stuff

I don't really think it's useful in the sense that likely anyone with enough drawing ability to make this has probably already done something like it...

I used to rate this 4/5, but now I change it to 5/5, although this tutorial does not help me at all :( I suck at drawing :(

4/5 I thought it was a great tutorial for getting the basic idea of painting backgrounds in flash, but i gave it 4 stars since I thought it could have gone into other techniques and types of backgrounds, but good overall.

Nice idea. I wasnt aware of the lighter colors in water if its not so deep. I´ve been drawing ever since I can remeber but I didnt realize this one :). Great, 4/5

As the others have said, it's not advice, it's just steps, which is only for the layers. I could do this easily on Photoshop using layers, why would I waste my time doing this? However, this does create a nice simple effect, and I'm sure I'll be using it. Just remember to make another ^_^
