It might not be that good on arch duels with the 200 life totals but illusionist is so fun to play otherwise. Phantom warriors can keep powerful attackers at bay and survive board cleaners (except tornado but it costs 10 mana), and unless the opponent has an ice guard or heals himself 3 Walls of Reflection (or 2 with some healing) can be deadly. Not to mention they are probably the only thing that's more fun to stone rain/armageddon than invincible phoenixes.

Re: jahanz comment (dev's response). How do you take a screenshot of a monster not attacking properly? Seriously?
My own comment: What the heck does choosing a specialty do?

oh i just read the game description..they are the ones who made astral masters.. XD oops..great game that one..i prefered that gameplay alittle better then this one..i liked having 40 over cards and all from one element..instead of being forced to choose from 5 different elements

in hard campaign using the "immortal" phoenixes it is way too easy, almost like cheating... until the hypnotize spell comes. then it is almost impossible. hm, it feels a bit off balance.

Achievement 1: Complete Campaign as Cleric. Achievement 2: Complete Campaign as Cleric on Hard Mode. I go straight in for hard mode, complete the campaign and only get the first achievement. Fuuuu?

Gzusluvu, You have a nice combo, but how about 2 chrono engines and "time stop"?
Just skip two of your turns, gets you the 4 time power required to drop time-stop. Now, you are omnipotent.

It's an interesting game but I've found the tracking of the mouse really laggy which makes playing tedious. Also, as much as the 5 Elements in one aspect is interesting it kind of means there's not much distinction and ironically reduces the variety of decks worth playing. I feel like my class doesn't really matter that much as %80 of any deck is universal.

Anybody else notice how broken the dwarven riflemen are? 5 of them plus a hydra is achievable and that means anything under 27 health instantly dies.

for the hard badge the count is weird... i won 18 times and it still continue to count 1 every 4/5 wins ... and freeze sometimes. So i'll never get it at this rate u_u

This game is fantastic, here is my only issue with it: http://newamericamedia.org/2011/09/gamer-to-game-makers-wheres-the-diversity.php

Yes, it does end, apparently. That's a good thing.
But... the ending. I was like, "where did that come from"?
I mean, Sylvester wasn't the source of all problems, was he?
So apparently that is sort of random. I don't get it. Well, BoD, we meet at last...

In my last duel, I was a sorcerer against a death magician. It was league of heroes and whenever a card was played, the cards of its type were changed to random cards of the same type. I went on the show opponent's cards option and clicked on that card. I was then able to choose which card myopponent played and he chose mine. I showed my own cards again and my sorcery cards had changed to a random set of death cards. I ended the duel. It's never happened before or after that. Is this meant to be a part of the game or is it a bug?

there is a slight glitch in the campaign when the duel starts the enemy sets their monster on your side and attacks them and gives the said effect to you

One of the Character cards is miswritten. Don't remember the name, but it's a blue card with 4/4 stats and 4 life. It's description states that all damage done to it is reduced by 1, when it should read all damage done to it is reduced to 1. Which makes sense given its low life, but when you cast spells that should kill it, it's frustrating.

Ganjin, you CAN custom deck vs archmages. Go to custom decks, build one, and then play against archmages. It's pretty simple. Aside from that, if phoenix spam is the only way you can win, I'm sorry you suck. Try goblin hero x3, then use a mino/orc commander to buff them, follow through with a big water creature (I usually go with merfolk overlord) and fill your last spot with a portal jumper. Use natural fury and lightning bolt for reach. Occasionally use inferno/chain lightning to clear the way for your beaters. I mean seriously, you're bitching like there's only one way to do things. You've obviously never played TCGs before lmfao.

"Skip 10 turns" button would be epic. Sometimes all you have to do is either spam meditation, or press "end turn" all the time.

*HINT* on the mission where you fight 'Yog Horseprince' if you summon an 'Emmisionary of Dorlak' on one of your stones he will not be healed.

phönix is insane: as long as you have 10 firepower which is quite easy to obtain you have an immortal creature which you can sacrifice and so on, it still will remain on the battlefield.
Interesting idea, but quite abusable gameplay.

If you want to do something to make the game better... Make it so that if Phoenix revives that you will lose some fire power that you have saved up... 6 Phoenix = Impossible to beat... All you need to do is have Phoenix and meditation vs Arch Mage and you can almost guarantee yourself a win. Especially considering normally you start close to 10 fire power anyways. Summoning 6 Phoenix and just casting meditation to cast Stone Rain or anything of the sort to speed up the process of killing Titans and Elementals and such... I personally consider Phoenix a broken card due to the fact that it is unkillable.
