Sadly it doesn't work under Ruffle. Hopefully a future Ruffle update adds support for what it needs so we can play one of the best games here again.

These "challenges" are ridiculous. I know they're not vital to the game but they're beyond tedious and are far too finicky and time-consuming. FINDING 8 chickens or 9 idols would be bad enough. Having to not only trek them across the level whilst also keeping an eye out on where they need to go is excruciating.
A pity because the gameplay is sound enough and I enjoyed the sequel...

No! I thought I was safe in the desert. I didn't know that cacti are murderers. That's not nice, but thank you developer for saying this. Now I can be safe again.

For being the final boss, he is as easy to beat as any regular enemy. You just have to keep jumping over him when he shoots, then hit him until he jumps back (while advancing upon him, or you won't make the jump over him before he shoots again) to shoot again. Keep that routine on him immediately every time and he won't even be able to call allies or really do anything else. That method is an easy way to get the stars for beating him without dying, with only bare fists and within 2:40; I didn't keep count of my combo, but maybe the 60 combo star too, as he's easy enough to avoid being hit by. Also, fists (with punching maxed) seem to be the best anyway, since it stuns him for 5 or 6 hits and doesn't run out like weapons.

I really appreciate a developer that comes back to old games and keeps them playable. The replay value on these games is pretty high.

Is the Tenderizer challenge (area 4) bugged? I actually did it two times (once with shotgun, once with something else, forgot it), but I didn't get the challenge. Do I need a specific weapon?
