I would not consider this a game because there is no failure state. However, it IS a very gripping and beautifully illustrated story. I would love to see a sequel. This was so incredible.

The father of the murdered child was the one that you helped in finding his glasses.Though Jonah only knew the fair,he had an unfair end.

Throughout the entire game, I was holding back tears, replaying this game always makes me cry, when the song came back on tears flooded my face.

This is a beautiful game... So much sacrifice, for one person, there was one person, so that man gave his life, for one good person... Kinda reminds me of Sodom..... except in Sodom no one was good....

what a heartwrenching tale, and amazing artwork! I love the character detail. It certainly leaves you pondering on social status, and how people judge on looks.

After you fix the machine, the machine sounds do not stop even to the Woman killing the boy scene. I too get stuck in the room where he is discovered with the 2 bodies. Is there something wrong with this upload?

this is just horrible T_T he saved their lives and they kill him that is by far the worst way to die he if you looked at jonah for who he was on the inside you would see something beautiful but when you look at the people that shunned him you see what they saw when they looked at jonah

Can someone please explain to me what the whole meaning is behind this. I got really confused at the guy who said they should die for their sins. It was confusing and I'm not going to restart the game to re-read it. So can anyone please explain to me why he ended up dying when he could've left?

most of you missed the point, jonah died to save his friend.(bad decision,as the sinister city also remained as it is).saving himself and letting his friend die wouldnt be any better....but he basically died for his friend..if you can even consider that guy a friend...

@Charybdis1618033 i would like to make a small correction to your well liked comment. you said throwing out those that do not belong even though it is clear that you meant those that do not fit in. everyone with a good heart belongs. Xp sorry for being so an@l but one stroke is all it takes to change the entire meaning of a sentence.

Ah, it's awesome stumbling upon this 'game' once again. Less of a game, more of an interactive story. But it brought me to tears. A little gem for sure. Worth playing, or, er, interacting with.

good game...kinda wish they'd proof-read the dialogue and narration so there weren't fifty spelling and grammar errors in it though...

And there are alot of unanswered questions. Like: Who was the hypnosis? Why didn't (or couldn't) Jonah attack him and attempt to stop him, rather then just have a conversation and admit to a crime he did not commit? Why would the people have had to die/be punished to allow Jonah to escape? Really, who IS this mystery man that has powers and feels he can decide who lives and who dies? And what is up with that cat in the church? Or was it a cat? And was it my imagination or did I see it througout the game? There are many questions that should be answered. I feel like the ending is unfulfilled.

Well, it sort of reminded me of "Frakenstein", it's been a while but that scene where 'the monster' is discovered hiding in that couple's(or were they siblings?) home. He just wants to be friends with them but the man attacks him without question because they think he's just that: a monster. Or something like that.. Somewhat interesting, though I much prefer traditional point and click games, where you are not guided through the whole story. As one user stated, this is much more an "interactive story" then an actual game.

Amazing Game. I, and Many Others, find it Touching. I enjoy it from these factors: Well thought out Story. Deep. Dark. It has a Meaning. Misunderstood... Thank you.
