There should be a spinoff where we fly in a manner similar to the jump upgrade. I don't know why, but looking at the scenery...it's really cool.

If you are going to let the player use A and D to move left and right could you also let us use W as action? I prefer to play with A and D because it is what I am used to but when I need to use something I try and hit W, thinking it is the up arrow, and normally crash. Great game other than that pet peeve.

When I first saw this game's title and description, I thought it would have been a space-themed game where you control a solar sail and attempt to use interstellar radiation to accelerate while attempting to avoid being pulled into destruction by a star's gravity. What I actually find is completely different, but it is certainly entertaining to play. Even before getting any power ups, the deceptively-simple style is amazing, and I love how the shadows are affected by the sun's position. I almost want to know what the diameter and rotation speed of this planet is, to figure out what speed would be needed to always remain in the sunlight. It would be funny if going too fast leaves the sun setting on the other side and putting you in the dark.

This is stunning. I love how the craft seems to have weight - it doesn't turn on a dime, and often times you overshoot your turns, so it really feels like you are going so fast that your steering is almost laborious.

Honestly one of the best flash games I've ever played mainly since it can keep my attention with my ADD and what not but seriously i would love to see like more ships and possibly unlock guns to shoot the mine tanker thingies. And also more missions and some side quests to unlock like special colors are new texture packs are something of that nature. (didn't get very far its 12 over here so if there is something i talked about awesome you are a mind reader :P ) i am definitely rating this 5 stars in the hope that you will continue its legacy. (please do :D )

I imagine this is what Luke felt like when he was bulls-eyeing womprats in this T-16. So, two requests Dev. 1. Put a wing in the middle of the craft so it looks a little more like this: http://tinyurl.com/cob9urk. 2. After max upgrade, put in one more where sometimes you can see a a few creatures scurrying around with the option to shoot them.

The sense of speed that this game instills is amazing. Although it feels lacking and now I want to build a rig to play flight sims. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!

When you click "Show more stats" in the main menu, you are then given the option to "show less stats". The proper way to say this is "Show fewer stats". Aside from that minor grammatical error, great game, just thought I'd point that out.

so i decided to not press any buttons and see how far i got. i got to when the sun set. is this an idle game too then?

I cant tell the difference in color between the speed boost and the jump one, can you make one dark red or something? Colorblind folks would thank you.
Excellent, fun, strangely replayable game!

Under rating threshold (hideshow) Good lord, the pace is maddening and I like it. Blinking is sometimes a luxury I cannot afford while playing. I rather enjoy the stripped down, geometric graphics and the use of light and shadow is great. The sense of urgency ramps up as the sun dips toward the horizon and the shadows from the pillars get longer and more ominous. The series of goals to work toward for unlocking new power ups keeps me going for "just one more turn" too. As a critique, could Tris be made more visible? They're hard to spot from a distance and it's difficult enough to concentrate on the terrain without being dashed against the rocks.

i think you should keep up the good work make the game better by making cooler upgrades and making it a tad bit easier but dont ruin it by making a story mode a story mode always ruins these types of games and also make more upgrades
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if this is just the alpha version then you have to add a story line. i mean, there are so many possibilities. why am i piloting an advanced solar craft through strange environments. perhaps a ship upgrade system along with the additional power ups. a way to spend tris. maybe someone is chasing me. there are so many possibilities.

Ahhh beautiful game. Nice beat, light/shadow effect, and fluid motion. A lot going on it is too hard to even think other than "left right left right dodge!" Congratulations on this game! Keep 'em coming!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
could do with a mute button and if possible a quality changer, just to stop and short lags when going at fast speeds and to make it more reactive
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
a wonderful concept. please make the tris more visible, as it's really hard to spot them. maybe make the other powerups more visible, too, but maybe that's wanted for added difficulty... keep it up!
