all you people whinging quit too easily.I completed challenge 16 on 10 life, it took me atleast 500 tries, but I still did it. And, did you expect an impossible badge to be easy?

I'll never play this game again. Challenge 16 is too frustrating, the computer has way too many hit points to make it anything but a luck match.

Hint for level 20: You have a card that blasts your opponents head right off. Not a lot of damage but very efficient when the timing is right.

Very nice! Good game indeed. If you think to do a sequel, add more cards, and, imho, do not add deck editor, as it would make game easier.
For challenge 20 i used "blast em". Maybe other physical attacks will do the trick too

You know there is something wrong with a turn-based game when you lose on the first turn, three times in a row, with no way to prevent it. Luck is inevitable in any card game, but the less there is, the better the game.

@ptp: there's a difference between some luck and 90% luck. there's a reason the latter one usually are only played by little kids.

Challenge 20 incredibly frustrating. Nothing seems to kill him, betrayed does not work, yog sothoth does not work. The usual modes of attack do not seem to work. I cannot figure this one out...

for those complaining that this game requires too much luck... name a card game that isnt based on luck.

More cards, selectable deck, and I'm sure it's much too much to ask for player vs player, but those three things would make this OUTSTANDING as far as card games go. Sure, there's a million card games, but you gotta love Cthulhu!

Definitely like this game. Plenty of insta-deaths on the challenge mode, but that's why it's challenge mode I guess. Hope to see a sequel at some point!

Thought I would never get pass the 16th challenge, now if I can just get the Unholy Power Book badge I will have all of them. I have done it several times but no badge.

4/5 Great game love the Lovecraft, but a deck customization ability would have been nice. A multiplayer aspect (ala Kongai) would have been icing on the cake.

In challenge 20, I killed him with a "blast 'em". If you've got that card on your hand, don't use it untill it's a killing blow. If you don't have it, stall for time untill you draw it or die. :)

Good game, but some of the challenges are silly, with some of the disadvantages you start with its more reloading untill you get good cards or the computer gets bad ones and not getting killed with no chance to win on some draws.

love the game, but the challenges (particularly 15 and 16, are just silly. half the time, the first card the opponent plays is a kill.

Yeah - first impossible badge that didn't involve hours of tedious play, well only an hour or so. Interesting to see what the next version will be.

Nice game, even though it could use some work on the game mechanics/balancing, add some deck building, etc.. and could become really great.
