I like the fact this game went about its own unique style instead of just copying Frantic or some other shooter. Easily 5/5

I've never seen a game reward bullet grazing this much. One of the bosses laser-beamish attack for instance will give you and extra life every time if you place your ship right. I actually think it's a tad much... I'd suggest making the bullets more ship-specific (doesn't have to actually look different) so that grazing a line fired from a particular ship doesn't rack up the lives as much.

Wow, I love this game. It's like a mix of Bullet Heaven and Bubble Tanks...somehow. I love this! 5/5 and great sounds! The robot voice is kinda freaky though.

found a glitch (and already reported it): beat game--> beat level 1---> scroll around until your find a playable level that you shouldnt be able to play---> play it (you dont get to go any further than that, but its good for players looking for added difficulty)

This game wasn't too hard, which is a rare quality in a game like this. I truly feel that mouse control doesn't belong in bullet hell games, however. Bottom path appears to be easy-mode. That shield is just far too good. Should put the bars and stuff in a black box below the playing area. They get in the way whilst trying to dodge bullets down there. The pods shouldn't block the bullets because this prevents graze, which should be an integral part of the game. If you HAVE to go with mouse control, at least make the game pause or lock when you mouse out of the game area instead of just stick your ship to the side to be blasted at the whim of the enemies. I think that about covers it. Make more bullet hell games, please.

This is very well made, but it could hardly be called bullet hell. The final stage is equivalent to what could be in stage 1 of any given Touhou game.

This game isn't a bullet-hell type of game, because WAY too many ships appear from the bottom. Either they are almost impossible the evade, or their bullets, which are shot just as tehy appear. It's really no fun, unlike 99% of the the ACTUAL bullet-hell games out there. Still, 4/5 for the nice upg system.

Why can't my main ship be made of the same stuff as my side pods? They have blocked hundreds of bullets without blowing up once.

since there is no ship movement speed and the ship basically is where your mouse is you can "teleport" by moving out of the game window and back in at another side

The shield path is much easier than the double shot path. Not only does the shield massively extend your lives, but you can get "side pods" to make yourself invincible from the side - and they shoot! The double shot path gives you stupid rotating pods that are much harder to use effectively - and they don't shoot.
I'd prefer being able to choose my upgrades rather than being limited to two paths.

This game is extremely easy... Not the hit-box is extremely small and there are visible gaps all over the screen all the time. Bullets are beyond easy to graze and getting extra lives is like stealing candy from a baby.

u can farm extralives very easily at bosses, especially the ones which shoot 3 lines of bullets or any other long line of bullets.just stay close to them (increase ur grazer-bar)

elly like the upgrade system and enjoyed using the pods as meat shields and great graphics but would have liked to have a different mode where you can try all the lvls incase youre struggling a bit

The lag, as well as the mouse control, are unbearable.
At first I tried to play it as a gentleman, to no avail. The second time I said "**** this" and I just farmed 99 lives.

instead of making us completely replay how bout we can go back and choose a different path at will... and either replay from there... or just have that option changed (if we'd already beaten that lvl)

I don't comment often, but I'd like to comment now to say: This game had potential. I liked the evolution system, it wasn't too long or too short, it had replayability going for it, and it was overall a calming game. Personally, however, I found the hitbox to be a bit strange. Was it square? And after having taken both paths, the lower path didn't make as much "sense" as the upper path. It was less defensive-oriented than I expected, and in fact only served to allow enemies to last longer because I did less damage.
This rant got rather long, so to cut it short, I liked the game until I realized that its core simply wasn't as well designed as many of the other Bullet Hells I've played on this site. I like the idea, it was well executed, but the ship is too bulky, and the hitbox is never really explained. (Is it square? Are the bullets' hitboxes square? Is it 3x3 or 1x1?)
TL;DR.

So wait... they can build pods out of indestructable material which you can use to deflect any and all incoming bullets with?
Why isn't my ship built out of that stuff?!

I have to say, this game started off pretty slow, but as the levels progressed it felt more like a bullet hell. However, I think a few things really were dissatisfying. First of all the Warning sign pretty much went something like this : =WARNING!= There are bullets under this sign which you can't see now! Which really was annoying. Although I never had any close calls do to it, I can see this as a problem. Secondly, the amount of Defensive mutations really takes the feel of 'OH SNAP, SQUEEZE INTO TINY SPACE BETWEEN BULLETS!' such as how a real one would feel. Lastly, the boss with shoots a spread 3 beam every few seconds, is way too easy to farm Grazes off of. I had 20+ lives from encountering him once. Overall though, this game deserves a 5/5, because I'm a sucker for Danmakus.

In a tight spot, pause game and un-pause with cursor in different place for instant teleportation, + so everybody can read.

Fun game. Need to be able to use keyboard for controls. Also, can we have a difficulty selection? Mainly to make it harder, game is too easy to be considered a Bullet Hell (still good, though!)
