I love how when I clicked on the closed boxes in the gas station, she said "nothing I need" yet she picked up a ping pong ball and a single battery after going through a lot of trouble just to get to them. :\

At the author's web site Godlimations.com, it says "God's animation be done". This plot was so harsh, that I thought it was an argument against Christian fundamentalism, a parody of the literal interpretation of the book of Revelations. However, seeing that the author apparently believes this extremely harsh view of Christ, has tainted my perception of this otherwise work of art.

Amazing game 5 stars without a doubt, i wish i could have found out what the brother got faxed in the other room, but still amazing. There should just be more games just like this

@Hiuwo: Why is there a can opener in my boots? I guess you´ll have to ask my son for an answer to this :D.
Nice game. 5/5

Good game until you get to the black screen at the end. It sounds like something Seth would say and leaves me feeling as if I've watched some evangelical propoganda.

what the heck! why the heck is there a deodorant on the baby girl? and anyone went through the cat part? it was ridiculously.. i dont know.. hilarious i suppose?
and by the way i didnt see you gave credits to the movie but yet, this storyline must have something to do with the movie 'the Mist (2007)' right? A store on the road, basement, the flying creatures, pharmacy with eggs, Bible allusions, frantic person, the scientist, the smog, etc etc, all echoed greatly with the movie scenes. but nice little amendments like parasitic man, crown(?!), woods, car crash, and some background storyline are indeed original and unique.
apart from one or two awkward scenes like burning the cat, the game was beautifully made (or remade out of the movie?).
anyway. i think you should credit the movie if you did get inspiration from it. and the rest of it was good.

Amazing game, sometimes it's a bit too vague on what you need to do next, though.
And the car mini game is easy, you just stick to the right hand side of the path when you get to the final 2 traps.
5/5

I felt sorry for the lady at first, since the guy is such a dick, but then she confessed to not liking cats. Screw her !

This game is probably one of the best of all time. The story is flawless, it kinda has a Silent Hill feel and reminds me of The Mist. yes I know the discription mentions it's kinda like those but that was my impression before I read that. This game is not only challenging but also way fun an keeps you wanting more. 5/5 hands down. Thanks for the game.

So I played this game on there website first so I know how it all is. But when I try playing it on this website the advertisment comes around first cutscene. I guess I'll just keep playing it on there website which "by the way" has some of the best games on the web.

my god this game is the shit very nice i like how you used a bible chapter and verse for the monsters that was cool hope you make another or games like this one

Great game. Creepy and captivating. The minigame with the car is frustrating though. I agree that this should have been doable with sticks and stones instead.

Very cool and interesting game... Didn't like how small some of the objects were to find; had a hard time seeing them. Also didn't like what happened to the putty tat, but that's me.

And I agree with those who mentioned how it is nonsense.. the "solutions" to problems. Like.. why couldn't you use a stick and set off all the traps, huh? Of course, thats not even the worst one.
Anyways, Lucasarts was the shit. (Original monkey island.. not the new "improved" crap)

WONDERFULL! thats the best one ive seen yet! grate chance to make a 2nd one that really was good, next time i could do without the f bomb though, nice story dramatic ending i loved it 5/5.

One thing I can't understand.
In the car game, even if you crash on the trap closest to you, why can't you just pick the key off of the exploded car?

great artork and story line, good to have a walkthrough when stuck. the minigames aren't too hard for me, but you could make it easier. the main point that makes this game brilliant is the story, if the minigame is too hard making players unable to continue the game and quit it, no matter how great the story is ,it still does no good to the game. you would get a higher rating if you make them easier.(post it agian with punctuation marks)

I see this game got a lot of mixed reactions, but personally, I thought it was fantastic!
The storyline was brilliant, and I liked the graphics.
The only bit that mildly irritated me was the minigames. They weren't tactically difficult, but awkward.
Other than that, awesome, and scary! :D

Ambitious, but terrible game. Sure, it was cool to see people try for full animation and voice overs, but the result was pretty bad. Same goes for the story, could have been great if not for the gratuitous drama here and there, and the various plotholes other comments already pointed out. As for the gameplay, there's the two most annoying flaws in point-and-clicks: Pixel hunting for items, and retarded logic. Could I have taken a poster and taped it to the mirror? No, I have to BURN A CAT, while trying to, huh, kill flies? With a flamethrower? I dunno, 2/5 for the effort.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game, up until the car driving part. Absolute crap. If I can go straight to get to the "shiney object" why can't I come straight in the opposite direction without setting off a trap? Garbage.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Suffers from terrible 'adventure game logic'. In order to block a mirror, you need to use a BURNING CAT? Awful. Sometimes the production values were pretty good, but the voice acting was pretty spotty. Ok job setting up the atmosphere, but some things just didn't belong (again, see: BURNING CAT). As many people have said, the minigames were pretty bad too. Definitely needs some touching up; totally unplayable without a walkthrough.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Horrendous pile of shit. Not a single puzzle or interaction here makes sense - why would I set fire to a mirror? Why would I use a rope to bypass unconcealed beartraps? Why can I suddenly access entirely new areas based upon unrelated sequences of item combination?
Rubbish. Stop lauding this pile of crap and get back to the LucasArts classics for some lessons in game design, folks.
