Am I the only one not getting achievements awarded for certain levels. I just went back and played bottoms up on Easy for a second time just to check, and I'm still not getting the associated achievement on the list.

Beating Insane mode on a level should also award the XP for beating it on Hard and Normal. No point in having to play through twice more at an easier setting.

After finally unlocking unlocking survival mode, I picked a spacious level and started building... Now I'm at wave 1800, with 4 mega-mega-towers, I wonder what happens first? I lose, or something crashes?

fauxfoe, there is a bigger problem than that. It won't recognize any victory after easy. You can beat the level, but you cannot unlock other modes.

Always pleased with the offerings from Hero Interactive, and this is no exception. The Bubble Tanks franchise has never failed me.

burst + bubbles for send early waves makes this game way too easy, would be nice to weaken burst or lower bubbles for sending early waves

If you go into the settings and click on hotkeys, it won't let you leave unless you have set all the keys. Says there are multiple commands mapped to the same key. They must be mapped to that fabled "Any" key I keep hearing about.

My strategy: get the range upgrade from the shop as soon as possible. From there, build an area burst tower and upgrade it as high as you can. Then spam 5 or so waves. Once they're all on the map, use the range boost. Get 2 range boosters (towers) and place them next to your burst tower. Get an anti ghost and put it next to your range towers too. After the beginning, get a fire rate upgrader for the area burst tower and 2 damage upgraders for the area burst tower too. Using this I was able to easily beat the levels ^^

And yes, I know how to turn the sound off, I just disagree with having to exit a game to go back to the Main Menu to shut it off. Not that I was doing anything useful in game anyway... The level 1 tower should be able to 1-shot every critter in the first wave. Then move on up. The balancing needs serious work. 2/5

I give up. I fail at strategy gaming, apparently. Despite years of loving TD games, I can't beat a single level in this game. Well, besides the tutorial levels. Tutorial finishes, I start a Straight Through game, Normal. Line up towers just the way the tutorial did... and I've yet to beat it. Failed 6 times now. Apparently I fail at BTTD games. I will have to blame myself and my lameness, since obviously others aren't having this issues (judging by the comments). Guess I'll go back to Gemcraft or something. I'll try a few more times before rage quitting, but I won't rate it, since obviously it's just me. Still getting more and more frustrated. Kinda thought games were supposed to start wicked simple and ramp up. Guess that's why I'm not a developer.

"This game got a lot right and a lot wrong. Great graphics and sound, but gameplay absolutely SUCKS. Should be able to place/upgrade towers while paused, and the juggling requirement just means bad design and balancing. Some creeps don't have a "counter-tower", like the dodgers (juggling required... again, that's bad design, not good gameplay). Far too fast paced for the relaxed tone it tries to set, and for the TD genre in general. Good effort, Hero Interactive, but BTD2 is mediocre at best" - Randax.
Reposting due to the mass downvotes from fanboys.
