The combat system screams awkward. The fact that it's not turn based, but you have to wait for the skill menu to come up and you have to click the enemy to attack seems a bit unfair.

Would it be possible to make all controls keyboard based? It's kinda disorienting when you have to switch to the mouse whenever I'm in a battle. Also, most of the time I'm not sure which of my characters' turn it is, maybe give them a glowing aura or something to indicate this?

nice game like the good old rpg style but pls give us a option to reduce the graphics played it on the laptop of my girlfriend and it was a bit slow -.- it have taken 10 sec every time i won a battle
another thing is the mana give us a inn or something its really annoying that you have always just to auto attack and so the level up system is not so smart too cause its better to level up strengh on the most for a nice resulation
all in all i give you a 4/5 but it could be easy to get the last star too ;)
PS: more of this nice rpg´s lovin it :D

Interesting story, fun gameplay, good music, and beautiful artwork. It's very clear you spent a lot of time working on this game, and the result is quite good.
If I may make a suggestion for improvement:
BATTLE SYSTEM NAVIGATION: The world map navigation using the mouse and wasd keys is well done, and if incorporated into the battle system, the way battles are fought would be much smoother. I like having left mouse be 'confirm' and how you can use the mouse to choose which enemy you'd like to attack. If wasd was incorporated to navigate the battle menu in combination with a 'yes' button like 'n' and a 'no' button like 'm' with the mouse being the final confirmation, battles would be faster, smoother, and more fun. Speed is clearly a factor when the enemies are not programmed to ever be in 'wait mode.'

Awesome game, giving it 5 stars but, one thing could be improved on and that's having to use the mouse, if you can incorporate a button for menu panel and be able to navigate with the keyboard and enter key.

An "auto-fight" would be great. Takes forever just clicking fight, choose enemy, watch animation, wait for next ally to step forward, repeat.

If you wink at your previous game offering funny easter eggs (and comes to my mind the painting of Alice is Dead in the first Hood episode), Brandt should say let "us" know XD

Wow Hyptosis! I love your games, from the Hood series to Steelcurse and Sagittarian (Btw, there are day by day less "read and chose" games like sagittarian, and you don't know how much I appreciate them, so thanks! And please, keep them coming (like sag 4,5,6... you got the idea XD) This game is great! I know, it could be more polished, but hey, it is amazing! Great work, 5/5 :)

Is there a pause in the game somewhere?
Man it's irritating when in the middle of the fight and I need to attend to something come back see the party dead...

Played through against the elite dudes like Sadat etc, and they don't actually seem to take turns... I just grind them down for round upon round with no response.

over all a pretty nice game. one suggestion tho perhaps you could put hot keys in during battles? like s to activate skills menu and then skills listed 1-9 or however many you have, and same for items. and just use shift or something for attack. its just on a laptop with a touch pad it gets annoying on the fingers. also the random battles are a little frequent. on some old school rpgs like goden sun i believe it was you could turn up or down the random encounters depending if you wanted xp faster. i think it would be a nice addition as i have often found random battles to be far to frequent. + if you agree

Well, I played this game for 10 min and I don't really like it...First, you don't get to see health, you fight everywhere..the damage for each character is just stupid...I give it a 3/5 since the graphic is good.

I can be pretty picky but I am honestly shocked this game has as few plays and as low a score as it does. It does have its problems but I've seen far worse games on here do better.

Hyptosis - This game isn't a mess and you are a pretty good coder. It's a fun game, it's big, it has story line and it doesn't lose save files - great work!

Superb graphics with an impressive number of special abilities per character. This one is a very nice turn-based RPG indeed, despite the bugs.
