The game was fun. The best thing is that you made me reflect the rainbow ball to progress, setting up that strategy for the boss. Good job. As others have pointed out, the ending has no meaning because the characters are not developed and have no interaction. The farmer needs to walk and stab, but what use is the ghost to him?

Nice little game. I would probably have played it all the way through if I hadn't had to start again at the entrance to the cave after losing to the boss. I'd gotten all hearts (I can see they're still there, nice touch) so I played for a while already when I lost to the boss and this game didn't elicit enough motivation from me to try to beat the boss again when I have to fight through the "hordes" of monsters to get there.

Even though it was short, I liked it a lot. Would love to see a longer, deeper version of the game. Hell, I'd even buy if it you were develop a larger game and place it on Steam

I wish there had been a chance to turn back when I found out the black box was the boss. I still had at least 2 gold doors left to unlock in the castle

I reached the afterlife, and all I got was a lousy "press Z to continue" screen. Then I respawned with three health. What sort of scam are they trying to pull, where did my afterlife go?!?

I really like the feel of this game. Only complaint is it can get pretty tricky later on when you have rooms full of enemies and all you can do is poke. Wish there was some sort of upgrade other than more hearts. 4/5

I became one with a tree. I can now only move within the confines of the tree... but I can never leave, since I am a tree. Sway Sway Don't Pee On Me!

The story was original, the spirit was cute, the music is awesome, difficult is just right... this game has only one flaw: It's too short. 5/5 for sure

It's like a legend of zelda game, only w/ far less length, no selection of equipment/weapons, and far less entertainment value.

The attack feels really stiff. The sound affect is delayed, and without mentioning attack directions, attacking makes you stop walking and is a total pain. On greatheart valley, you just get your ass handed to you by the damn octoroc like creatures!

Nice zelda clone. Here are things that make the game less fun:
*Punishingly moving me way back if I die
*Pots don't drop life with a good rate
*Sword only strikes the 4 cardinal directions.
I think more checkpoints, an inventory with 1 medicine so I can restore hearts if I'm having trouble and sword strikes guided by the mouse so they go in any direction would make it more fun, or make the hitbox for the sword way larger so it can hit monsters at a 45 degree angle.

Enemies:
Slimes Yellow or Blue: Move Randomly 2 or 4 hits to kill
Rock Enemy: shoot projectiles when facing you but moves randomly 3 hits outside 4 in dugeon
Bat: Moves through scenery, knockback is small for them, aggressive 2 hits
Totem: Aggressive 4 hits to kill
Skull: moves randomly and slowly 3 hits
Moving Blade: Really? Dodge It
Boss: 3 Attacks they get faster as you damage him, if you fail to damage him he will repeat the attack. 1. Stationary 8 directional shot not able to be deflected then he disappears hit him fast 2. Moves around shooting one bullet (can't deflect) at you avoid him and bullets and hit him 3. Stationary surrounded by lightning shoots homing rainbow ball at you deflect it back until it hits him. I saw attack 1 the most, attack 2 twice, and attack 3 three times with it being the last attack

After playing the whole game with all those similarities I am still confused because I did NOT free Zelda at the end...

Semi fun game, the constant getting hit by ranged enemies makes it stupid and aggravating. The boss doesn't die(hit him over 10 times), just to have him "transform" into something else and not do anything. Horribly bored with the game now, and don't feel like fighting my way back through the dungeon for the umptenth time. 3/5

Ugh - yes - fine - I withdraw the word entire. Let me revise my comment to "We have to walk through irritating amounts of dungeon just to get back to the boss, starting from the bloody entrance. This feels like it may as well be the whole damn place after losing a time or two."

Wow yeah seriously - having to redo the ENTIRE last dungeon for another shot at the boss is pretty much bullshit. Sorry, it was pretty cool up till then, but ya lost me there. No thank you.
You don't have to redo the entire dungeon. You keep every key, you keep every heart and all the doors you unlocked remain so. Additionally, you don't even have to walk through most of the rooms to get to the boss since a large chunk of the dungeon is to the left of the entrance, while the boss is to the right and a straightforward walk from there. I don't mind players wanting there to be a checkpoint near the boss at all, but to say that you have to redo the ENTIRE dungeon again is a flat out lie.

Pretty good game, but I wish saving preserved your location and not just your inventory and number of hearts - it's a pain having to go all the way through the dungeon every time the boss kills me. 3/5 but I'd boost it to 4 if the save system was improved. Making the boss room a respawn point would be enough.

The graphics are great, all else could use some improvement. The story is a bit dull, as well as the game play itself. Most of the time I'm just walking in the intended path, trying to get all the chests. the game has a lot of potential, but not quite there yet.
