I really wish people would stop slagging off this game, just because it is similar to another that is released on a disc. I think it is an awesome game and people should just leave it alone, and write about this game, not similarities. 4.5/5

Dex you know COD4 didn't invent the 'perk system'. Its called a class system, many games have it Bioshock, starwars battlefront and others. I did use a class system before cod4 and the guns, I did take but they're just guns.

Im sorry but if you expect us to believe you invented the perk system and made the order of upgrades for guns before CoD 4 came out then you are full of it. This is so much of a clone Im thinking about calling up infinity ward and pointing out to them that someone has cloned their game for profit.

No offense but a major game company that is spending millions of dollars and spending years making a game is going to get their facts straight and the RPD is either a gun you don't know about or there were some legal issues with putting RPK.

Then its not a copy zaytsev. You want to know the truth? I designed Modern Tactics in october before COD4 was released. I just didn't make it til later. You can find small similarities to other games in any game but that does not make it a copy.

I agree with you, Lautan. My only comment is: you should be able to characterize the players more (more costumes, faces, hair, ...)

RedGoldandGreen it sounds like you don't understand how to play the game. If you think this AI is unfair then I can't wait until you see MT3's AI.

Another thing I've just discovered - the enemy does not respond at all to being stunned or flashed. They can still shoot, stab, throw grenades, while if it happens to you, you're unable to move permenantely.

Also, even when you try to take 1 step out from behind a wall, then shoot, you cant move back. Your turn is over.
And clicking "aim" paralyzes my guys. The only thing they can do is shoot, and you cant undo the aim option. I have to hold the mouse over shoot BEFORE I click aim just to make sure I can hit someone.
If the enemy didn't consistently have longer range weapons that can always hit you no matter where you stand, this might not be such a pain.

In the tutorial you talk about how you can hide behind objects, implying you could come out, shoot, then run back and hide or use some type of strategy like that.
Hiding behind objects ONLY works in this game if you're the enemy. The player seems unable to hide behind anything, no matter what it is. I've had an enemy walk across to the other side of the screen, turn in the OTHER DIRECTION, shoot in the air, and it hits me while I'm behind a wall.
Enemies can shoot through walls, stumps, barrels, barricades, and they hit you every time. You cant shoot THEM if there's anything in the way.
You should really have rethought that during the game design.

commander - rank 20
old school - double health
fraged - units drop a frag instead of there weapon
unload - guns shoot without using ammo
terrorist - change team
backstab - no weapons, no grenades
legend - increased commander health

Change the constant camera movements. I was really, really hoping to see that change from the first game. It seriously makes the game unplayable for me.

cleb is your local storage full? Right click the flash and go to properties. Anyway you can use cheats to get back to rank 20.

CHEAP there should be an actual save instead of auto save becuz mine NEVER saves. every time i play i lose my progress. MAJOR FLAW!

WHY would you make the hotkey for "End this guys turn" (B) the same as the button for "Skip Everybody's Turn"?????????
I've lost several guys to that purely by accident.
