fun game, decent length, it never gets boring, as other people have pointed out the last planet takes to long to eat, especially since theres no enemies to dodge and if you want to retry the last challenge you gotta wait that much longer, i agree that a timer would be nice.
i really liked the variety in guardians and the skill tree, though a tad simple, gets the job done.
overall a fun and cute game, 4/5.

So...wait. You are a terrible organic creature that uses magical abilities to summon minions so you can destroy planets and the starfaring races that inhabited them.
...
JUSTICE!

The game was okay, I found it repetitive, upgrade system didn't seem to improve much of anything. I enjoyed the colors and the graphics. I agree with Dochy regarding the last planet making the level boring overall. I don't think it has any replayability, but for a one-of time-waster is was pleasant. 3/5-Laz

There's actually an extremely cheap method to get the boss kill time for the last stage. Here's a hint: You don't take touch damage from the boss itself, which is extremely huge. Here's another hint: The rapid fire guardians cannot do enough damage.

The "Destroy Boss in x minute bla bla"-challenges can be easily beaten by summoning as many Shell Shouter Guardians as you can and flying into the middle of the boss, then just stand still! Galactus-a-gogo!

I ate 7 planets, hundreds of stars and killed thousands of enemies... All so I could produce... 1 star?
Who's the real bad guy here?

seriusly game too short and why so many upgrades that wont even last you the whole game i only got to upgrade 6 (im talking about the skill menu where you upgrade stuff) and i beat the game oh yeah and why does it take so long to eat the last planet.Having the last planet take forever to eat is just...boring it doesn't add suspense or show that the last planet was the best it just feels poorly planned. Other than that good job

Fun, but it seemed like my role in it was very slim at best. Sure I ate the planets, summoned the monsters, and dodged the occcasional bullet, but it seems sort of lame that my guardians did all the fighting for me. 4/5.

a few buggy areas...
1. summoned ships take a few seconds before they fire at new enemies, plus their targeting distance is so short that it makes AI 3 and 4 pointless.
2. as Innominate said, summoning menu shouldn't restart eating timers, just pause it.
3. level 9 (max) summon skill levels provide no benefit over level 8, so I feel like I wasted skill points on them. Why are they there?
4. Shell and Homing have the same descriptions in the summon menu.
5. Homing missiles are misleading. They're more like a short proximity homing missile, but only towards the ship it was fired on. Add to that they don't do much damage, nor provide much increase in life or mana, and this is easily the worst summon. For a rank 4 summon, it should be better, like true homing.

after killing the boss it just kills me immediately (from half health) and tells me mission failed.... am I doing something wrong....?

Good game, but it does throw you in at the deep in. Could do with an easy level to start with so you can get used to the controls and the game setup.

There's a good reason your physics and timing should be based on framerate and not time: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/45893/harmonykeeper.png

To defeat anything, i found that piercers work until shellers are available. Just sit there with them upgraded enough and they do it for you. Was a great game, but the last level lagged terribly for me.

Looks like your fire rates are based on a timer rather than a frame, and your movement is based on frame rate. This means if you bog the system down you get a wall of firepower around you. Just FYI

call me stupid, but i don't get it:You the Keeper of Harmony, and you keep armony by eating stars and planets, and shooting aliens (?) with other aliens???....WEIRD!!!!

i wish i knew what upgrading my guys did, i found that the green rocket guys shoot more, but i dunno if it just increases damage or something else

I used shell shooters against the final boss and had no problem killing him in time. Just hover over top of the boss and move around to avoid damage

This game can either be seen as the freedom of stars trapped inside corrupted planet shells, or the horrific ravaging of a planetary system by a Galactus type figure.
