This is a cute game, and I agree with everyone else. It has potential. The big thing is PLEASE GIVE US AND ENDING! I need closure!

Needs smarter ninjas. I hate it when 1 person comes from the right and all 3 go to fight one guy when theres like 2 or 3 coming from the left. 3/5

Saddly for me the game as good potential but the fact that I am constantly solicited to use the mouse at gold tracking task keep me out of that zen, contemplating state that should imho be the goal of such game. Create 3 or 4 new skills just to keep my second hand and mind "busy" and I believe this will be a lot better.

This game was truly outstanding. It's engine was crisp and the graphics were visually appealing. The music made you feel calm, and the rewards system was realistic. Level 25 had me stumped for a while, but I persevered and saved the blind girl. Great game!

I like the gamplay idea itself, and think it's got potential. But there are some major fixings to do before i would find this game enjoyable the least. Primarily the AI's of the Ninjas are, as Vaerus and Isshou, points out, to random and illogic. Which ninja gets the target seems to be random, and only 7/10 times is it the nearest idle ninja that goes for the kill. This makes way for mobs to have a easy run at the princess, which makes this game a game of chance and luck. A map you've failed several times can be beat with the same upgrades and same healing if the ninjas act properly.
It would, as Jason11111345 points out, make sense if the ninjas in defensive would return back to defend the princess when there's no mobs.
Then perhaps the ninjas could differ, actually making this game somewhat strategic, and not just "up-grade-till-you're-good-enough".
Like the gameplay idea, but it seems as if you didn't play this game yourself before releasing.

Best way to train is to get a good weapon so it's 1 hit kill on your level then get the speed shoes and the money bags on the side of the hat selection.

Why are ninjas getting "upgraded" into samurai? o.O Overall, not a terrible game. Definitely some AI bugs, but not bad. 3/5

I unlocked the 2nd ninja but when i bought him new weapons they didn't work, they never equipped. Also this game should have more controls that sit and watch, its not really a game as it stands now

If you're going to give the ninjas such a crappy AI, couldn't you just let us assign them targets manually? It would give the player something to do during the missions.

Aggressive mode = chase across the battlefield to defeat a foe while your pals stand next to it so you alltogether can leave the left side open.
Defensive mode = stand around and be a ninja. Don't react at all. Also, show no emotion when sumo-wrestlers kill the girl right in front of your eyes. You ARE however allowed to watch in awe as your aggressive comrades keep running to do your job...

Well, this WAS pretty cool, until I bought a second ninja and he glitched; wouldn't upgrade. I'd upgrade him, and it'd show, but in-fight, doesn't work.

found a bug: after you unlock Rei (not sure about Ken yet) the unlock button doesn't disappear, so you can keep unlocking him and have multiples of him, though only one has his upgrades

Bad, what's the point of playing the same lvls again and again (lvl 25 need full upgrade + at least 5 heal) furthermore when there's nothing to do... 1/5 cause i can't rate 0.

targeting makes ZERO sense, sometimes a single ninja is running back and forth slaying everything while the other ninjas watch the girl die other times all THREE ninjas rush one target

If they are samurai, why are they dressed like ninjas? If they're ninjas, why aren't they hiding and why are they yelling when they attack?

4/5 Only because I was able to make it to the last 4 levels with just 2 ninjas and few upgrades to Annie. The last 2 levels were the only "Challenge" which made me get the 3rd ninja and upgrade annie a butt load. I would like to see each ninja have different looks as they get upgraded. Also the health bars need to be more visible in combat. Annie looking better as upgraded would be awesome! Boss monsters would be epic if this game was extended so it would add more strat to the Defensive/Offensive roles, I had mine on offensive the whole game. More spells on annie and maybe special trait skills for each ninja, that the other can not have. Maybe even different types of ninjas available, but you can only have 3 selected at a time. This would add more game play hours to this game and make it very enjoyable. I hope this gets read and I see a second one soon! Good luck!

Game's pretty awesome, and pretty different from anything I've played before. Still, I would think that the blind girl would be the best ninja of them all and should be defending those three guys if you get what I'm saying. :P

dfnord, I was able to finish with 70 health/500 mana and ninjas missing final level of armor myself. I'd say it's appropriately hard to be the last level.

Well revise that....apparently there is a slight bug, if you buy the 800 guy first his upgrades wont take effect until you buy the 500g one.

Upgrades for my 2nd ninja dont actually work, he still has all lvl1 stuff. Shows him equipped before the fight, then once it starts he is back to the default stuff.
