I stand corrected, it seems that it's not lag, but rather a lack thereof. Bomb fuses vary with lag while player movement doesn't, so if your computer is running smoothly, the bomb will blow up extremely quickly. Either way, you should really synchronize bomb fuses and player movement, it's a big problem.

It seems quite fun, but it would seem that a bit of lag can render the game very much unplayable. In my case, I'm unable to get away from a bomb before it explodes due to lag. Still quite fun, but that's a major problem...

It's annoying how if it's lagging bombs don't take longer to explode and pipes smash you at the same speed as normal... or maybe it's just for my computer. 4\5

I pressed space an ran about as fast as i could trying not to get killed and saving mummies
(i was not able to blow them upp).

I understand that you wanted to get a retro feel. To get a more inclusive feel the cover art needs to be a drawn version of what this would look like if the graphics were many times better. Look at the C64 game Ultimate Wizard for an example. Otherwise a very excellent game.

Would be fun if the bombs wouldn't explode that fast ...... at least put something like a timer for us to run or something , bombs death > Lava + monster + drop deaths ......
