The general rule is, do dmg with whatever the nme uses to do dmg to you.
If they use high, you use your twice, and use high to do with the dmg.
So for Poison, you kill before they have enough turns to use poison enough. Red, your atks kill before they drain all your mana. Ice and Dark, freeze/silence isn't all that great. Oh and don't use Low first for Red and High first for Dark, or they will burn you. Your atks can block theirs. And the hardest would be Sea. Their healing take times to overcome. And that time is not there when they start using burn. But the rest trick is neat.

Chaos Fire is the best.
The game is very well done.
But AI is too predictable. All other clan advantages are easily nullified (using Chaos Fire at least).
Training High Atk, Mana, Low Atk.
-Chaos. Use Burn, then atk to block. When the opp is out of mana, atk during their turn. Use mana during yours. So you atk when they use rest. And use mana burn during your turn to deplete what mana they rested up.
-Sea. Use rest, then the comp will atk. Respond with higher atk.
-Ice. Low first. After freeze, atk High. Then Atk High again with Twice (2). Block with High atk using Twice (2). Repeat.
--Red, Dark, Poison. Same strat as Ice. Except Low atk for dmg for Red and Poison. And forget freeze. Make sure you have enough special points to do dmg and def. (I generally take one hit though, just to save time.)
And if you become the clan leader before 210, then you can't get Rank 1.
I still liked it though. Went through it twice (once good and once bad).

I think Red Fire Clan, and possibly Ice are the only way to win.
Its impossible to find with Chaos Fire since Fire Mage always owns him.

ok ive played this i think 11 times now...i spent a saturday night playing it for likr 6 hours and i tryed every clan the bests i think are eaither sea water cuz of defense but its hard to kill clan leader cuz ur attaks suck. And ice water becasue attak power is equalled to highest attak and ur defenses are ok to. Plus freeze own. Maybe a save system. And uhm.. i dunno... yah 5/5 i luved it

Very nice game. After testing them all, I think ice water is the best and has an unfair advantage because of freeze ability. XD

Mana burn needs to be fixed. Whoever uses it first or has more mana wins because you can just use an attack while they recharge then repeat until they die.

i found a bug. i found an infinite loop if you click shield (dark fire mage) when your opponent can't attack (out of mana)

This is too good game. Simple and little but very fun with funny animation. You realy have fun when you play it. But with some races you can't beat other ( but not in every race ). I hope that nobstudio will get second part becouse it's worht it :) It needs badge or two I don't know but it's just too great :) :)

Really, more of a turn-based strategy game than an RPG. You can win this with any clan, but the trick is to quickly develop and exploit a particular clan's strengths and know how to use them against each enemy clan. There's not really much of a role-playing component because every time a plot element starts in the "story", the player is forced down a single road until the game can go back to being a turn-based strategy game. As that, though, it succeeds pretty well and has good replay value. 4/5.

Ice Water is the best. First max out high attack, then mana drain, then low defence or attack, then work on everything else. The reason why ice is the best is because in every duel, after 10 turns, so can do freeze 2 ability and do low attack knocking off 50 of the enemy hp.

Sea water can never beat whichever fire clan has the mana-drain ability, as soon as their defenses get to 3 or above each.

and...i found a glitch too. when you are a dark fire mage and you use dark shield and you opponent uses rest, it freezes up

Red Fire would be screwed if the AI for the Ice Water Clan Leader weren't fucked up. Drop a high attack on him when he has enough special points for the first special, but not the second. He'll waste his points and you can go on burning his mana.
Seems like almost everybody has some fundamental weakness against some other person, and since there's no element of luck and there are limited strategic options, it's frustrating.
That said, there's a lot about this game to like. I'd love a balanced, richer sequel.

@ johnsons game is tooe asy with red fire. Mana burn til other dude runs out, then low attack. If other guy attacks either maxed out high shield or maxed out low attack.

Its impossible to get to number 1 with the red fire mage. The Ice water clan leader ranked number 2 is impossible to beat, even with maxed stats because none of your attacks are strong enough and he just freezes and attacks you.

I played as Sea Water mage and once i got leveled up enough to fight all the clans were a breeze except for Dark Fire, he kept getting shit loads of magic from my few magic points i would have left and i couldn't defeat him to become #1. Overall just too easy 4/5 since it was a decent concept

Too easy as Red Fire Mage. Didn't lose a single fight, and got to Rank #1, max stats, and became Great Mage and 'God'. The mana drain is just too powerful.

Won it first time, was insanely easy. Got bored near the end but decided to see the ending...

Mana burn is ridiculously unbalanced. You can win every single fight by burning them down to 0 mana, then when they rest you get a free attack, then can burn again, meaning once they hit 0, you automatically win.

Great game, but why is when I rest the other mage gets one or two free attacks in a row on me, and when they rest I get no advantage?
