After playing this game I've decided quit my job a volunteer all my time to saving kids in Africa. What a profound game.
Just kidding, it was a black blob I moved with my arrow keys. If this game is "deep" I think you need to spend more time in thought and less playing video games. I guess it's deep compared to a snake game but come on.

Not really even a game. It was OK but that could have been a cooler little video. Could have put multiple endings in (if there are some let me know lol) or like an evil or good alien.

This is by no means a masterpiece, but I think it definitely shows which users are immature, brain-dead OMGKILLSTUFF kids, and which one truly believe games can be art. Which one are you?

Not sure I get it. The girl is alive, but stuck in a ditch. My alien walks very slowly, and there are no more bad guys.

Dude if onyl this alien had a phaser on his ship or had a built in bio logical defense system that family would have been fine. Alas, still a great game i loved it.

I agree with layries and autoglassmaster. It is trueley touching and I reminds you that there are always unneeded things that happen during war that could of really helped us. all gone. to save us. sad!

Not exactly deserving of the title 'masterpiece', which people on this site tend to throw out whenever a game has a semblance of deeper meaning and doesn't involve vast amounts of killing, but kudos for making at least a vaguely original game.

just a tip, dont tell what happens at the end of the game... just say it was sad. it got ruined for me and i dont feel like playing it (but i still will)

To all those who say horrible game... Have you no heart? This game touched me. Why do people always act negative towards something new...?

I shall make a story for it :D
You crash into a small village in Germany. You are found by a little girl who takes you in. You live a peaceful life untill the holocaust starts. Then the Nazis came and tried to kill you friends. You needed to defend then even if it costed your life. You start the long walk to the outskirts of town. There we so many Nazis but you made it to the outskirts at last. But you had taken to much damage trying to defend your friends and you could not sadly come with them. This did not matter to you because your friends were safe and that only matter to you.
Sorry if I messed up any spelling.

might have been a nice flash video, as a game, it was pretty lame. I get what you're trying to say, but I don't think flash games are a very good media to say it in. On a lighter note, since when can a stupid soldier stand in front of a 12 foot tall monster and stop it without getting stepped on? You'd think he could just walk right over them.

As I was playing this, I couldn't stop thinking "YOU EVIL PEOPLE! GET AWAY FROM THIS FAMILY!"
I think this show that it had an effect on me.

It was simplistic and rather unenjoyable to me. I respected the style of gameplay and recognize that there may be some deeper meaning, but I will not give a game a good rating because I think that some part of it must be over my head...

I congratulate you on the epic masterpiece which we have been blessed by. This is so simple, yet so suffecient in its message and poignency that it brings one to tears. To all who thought that they would be mashing buttons, killing people, and dropkicking babies, then leave, for if you can't truly appreciate the beauty that this game beholds within itself, then shame. Congrats, and please continue to bring us amazing games!!!!
