I wish the objectives were global achievements rather than stages. I've had great games where I've accomplished about 2/3 of the objectives I get at every level.... and am disappointed that I now need to have that same great game againt to achieve the same thing again.

Fun until you get to the hard badge. Then, just like the comment on top says, you have to restart over and over until you get "qua-." Then, it's a matter of switching back and forth between the game and a word list before your time runs out. This is also true, to a lesser extent, for the W and K words. I'd prefer to build a higher tower, or collect more bubbles, or something.

I really wish you could get more points for longer words. Sometimes I can think of words 10 to 15 letters long but I'm better off with shorter words, as they give the same points and are faster to type. "We don't discriminate" is kind of untrue, as longer words are given less points per letter. I put in a huge word and go up a few blocks, then put in a small word and go up a few screens. Doesn't feel right.

@panetu: To build a 400 meter high word tower, their is a compound trick. The first part of the trick is to realize that the game has a mechanic where you get a bonus multiplier to your height if you re-use either the requirement for the first 3 letters being the same or the last 3 letters being the same. Then here's the real trick. You use a dictionary and while on the ground look for all words that begin with the 3 letter listed on the game when you are on the ground. The timer doesn't start until you enter your first word, so you have time to look them up. If you get a bad combination of 3 letter that a word needs to begin with, then simply exit and re-play the stage. As long as you get 3 beginning letters that many words begin with you can just read off the dictionary and enter words as fast as you can type. I hope that helps.

The Q/X thing feels really silly to me, to be honest. I simply can't imagine anyone other than a literally world-class Scrabble player (and maybe not even) completing that challenge without looking up a word list, and I feel like looking up word lists defeats the whole point. Also, it's really not well-balanced against the other challenges in terms of difficulty--even with the word list in hand, simply restarting for the required QUA-prefix took me more time than the other challenges combined. Also, this Hard badge is currently one of the 20 least earned badges on the site nearly 6 months after release, so it's not like I'm the only one who finds that challenge unreasonable...=/

This seems like a game where you get the badges and never come back. :\ Alternatively, I wouldn't mind watching a video of a wicked fast typist, with a cam on their screen and another on their hands, blasting through like a comet, almost breaking the game's ability to keep up, and getting a score that maxes out the Kongregate score table. :D

How about some quick back-up and erasure keys? It's pretty annoying to type a 15-letter word, see that I've already used it, and have to backspace over the whole thing.

If you have a game based on vocabulary, you need to include a pretty large vocabulary in your lexicon. I lost time and points for "verisimilitude", "multiplicitous", and one other word I can't recall now.

To make 15 words with w and k for rank 7: Shuffle until you get the ending -ked. Then input the following: Waked, Walked, Wanked, Warked, Wauked, Wicked, Winked, Worked, Howked, Gawked, Whacked, Whisked Wracked, Wreaked, Wrecked, Wricked. That's enough to pass. KEEP THIS ALIVE!!

If you need help with the "10 words with 'x' and 'q'" objective, go to http://www.morewords.com and search for "*x*q*" and note down those words, then search for "*q*x*" and note done those words. Should make things a bit easier.

If you are stuck with the tasks of level 7 and 8 with 2 specific letters (w and k, then q and x) use this page. http://words-with.com/k-and-w.html (replace with q and x accordingly). That Will show enough words for the k/w combo and 9 words if you begin with "qua" as prefix the last Word can be something like quixote or some of the words thar stem from that one

For those struggling with Rank 8, I'll give you a tip: "quadruplex" is both an adjective and a verb. That should get you most of the way there.

Ah, typos. You type out a long word with both the wanted prefix and suffix, with 5 seconds remaining, and can't press Enter cause there's a missing letter somewhere
