All I want to say is that this game is great; I kept it loaded in my browser for an ENTIRE WEEK straight, picking up wherever I paused the game the day before to continue playing. Being a game designer myself, I can appreciate the great level of thought and detail put into your work. Some people just don't get it. Everyone's a ****ing critic, hm?
The level design is just outstanding. This is the first platformer on Kongregate that made me scratch my head, and honestly is just as good as any Wario title. I successfully completed the game with a 100%, and that's because I enjoyed the game enough to do so.
So kudos, Pseudolonewolf; wonderful game. Just classic.

Fantastic game! As somebody who enjoys retro platformers and draws sprites, I can really appreciate how much time and effort went into this game. I have to say though, my favorite element is the music. Who would ever mute it? Once I get some sweet cash, I just might have to buy that album ;)
Anyways, sorry for the lengthy comment, I understand it's a little intimidating to people who can't read.
So Pseudolonewolf, you probably won't see this, but good luck in the Weekly/Monthly, and I look forward to your next game! 5/5

This is the first game on Kong that I would gladly give money to. I would easily pay 30 bucks to get this on the DS, maybe more.

A few tips to get the best ending: (1) DO NOT EAT THE HAMBURGER. (2) You can check how many tips and coins are left to find in each level on page 1 of your menu. (3) You don't need every single coin. I had £50 to spare at the end, so if you desperately can't find a few at the end of a level don't worry about it (unless you're striving for perfection). (4) In the final level before the date, you should find and buy THREE presents in addition to the necklace from his house. Don't worry about the empty inventory slots, you only buy 3 things. (5) On the date, buy the most expensive meal that matches what you know she likes (e.g. a dish with meat in it). Don't worry if she doesn't respond very well to your conversation, it doesn't matter. Just use the information you've gathered and it will be fine.

I'd be pretty aggravated too if my house leaked this badly, all my furniture was on fire, and a bunch of alley cats running around my pan throwing wife.

Some good info here, has maps too (some good, some bad) to help go back and find the laptops you missed to help you get laid...

The update has a lot of bugs :(
Now when my savegame start, I'm not there and can't do anything!! I can't play anymore! I really liked your game. Sniff, Sniff :'(
Also, before that bug, my character didn't always reappear at the right save spot when I would die.

I love the signs!! they are little tid-bits of intelligible humor that I fail to find in other games, and I love the mario cameo XD.... Don't make them go near mushrooms....

Ok, everyone - once you get ALL the items that need to be combined with each other, they will combine automatically! So, once you get your shirt, shoes, AND pants, they will go on by themselves!

It's gotta be a glandular problem... no way he does all this swimming and jumping and stomping and running without losing weight otherwise.

People like: "Oh no I don't want to kill the animals! Poor kitty and doggy!" But you can also kill an elder, your parents and lots of random innocent people... "Meh, screw humans"

Ah yes, this reminds me so much of my first date. Wandering my gigantic strangely constructed house, murdering my parents and getting ready to go to work with the most depressed people in the world under our mentally handicapped boss. I'd roam the streets viciously murdering whores and police and animals, every once in awhile feasting upon their still beating hearts for strength. And on that faithful night, I roamed for floating money look at stranger's laptops to know about this random woman and wooed her so deeply that we married right away. Ah, the old days.

You would think with all the cats in the house that 1000 rats wouldn't survive. The cat only seems interested in attacking you...Bad kitty!

"Hi" "Hi" "uhh, what's that on your shoe?" "oh, I stepped on a few of my cats this morning.." "and in your teeth?" "well I might as well get some protein out of them, don't you think? so where do you want to go on our date?"

I thought Pseudolonewolf would tackle Kongregate's history by making the best RPG series that this site has ever known, Mardek RPG. Of course, I was wrong, Clarence's Big Chance just gave him the platformer crown, too. Amazing game, and, as always, great work. Needless to say, 5/5.

"You found your father's secret whore room!" Any reasonable person would not be leaving the house after that. But then again, a reasonable man would not have murdered his mother, father, dog, cat, police officers and then proceeded to eat their hearts.

Pseudo, I love that you made a game about a fat, virginal, middle-aged man who lives with his mother and has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. And he's not American.

I think any relationship Clarence enters into will take a turn for the worse when she finds out he eats the hearts of small animals, people, and appliances.
