I am aware that there's a map-related bug, but I'm not sure what's causing it; I'm having difficulty reproducing it. I'll fix it as soon as I can... but I need to find out its cause first.
I should also add a button to the Game Over screen for those who don't try to use X or Z...
It seems that other than that, any other 'bugs' reported are more from unfamiliarity with the game than anything else.

Great game, but im having a big problem with sticky keys, is that my keyboards problem or is anyone have the same thing. 5/5

Its getting annoying having to reload everytime I save the game, so I can see the map again. I trust this bug will be fixed soonish.

I LOVE THE MARDEK SERIES. Unfortunaly my saves disappeared, and I think I'm gonna restart from chapter 1. =) Just for the trip. =D

FOR THOSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TEMPERENCE (And balance in general)
The game was originally balanced for people continung with save files from chapter 2, where the characters are stronger, far better equipped and so on. Balance fixes were implemented to make it plausible to play the game normally on a fresh file, but you will have extra difficulties until you start to get better levels and gear.
As for Temperence itself, you HAVE TO CHECK IT'S WEAKNESSES (Click on it's HP bar for them to show). There are actually several versions of the monster and each have different vulnerabilities - these must be exploited in order to have a good chance of winning.
This also goes for the game itself; you need to be far more aware in a game like this compared to most recent RPG's - information is critical to your success.
Like some who have already posted, I was a beta tester for this game and therefore am very familiar with it; if you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Oh, and to those who complain that it's hard to learn things right at the beginning: remember that this is chapter 3. Chapter 1 has a sort of "practice area" where you can get used to how things work without having too much of a problem with the monsters, and it makes tons more sense to start the story there anyway! Also, at wit's end, note the "Flee" option in the battle menu.

@Donut Master: for splitting stacks, hold S while clicking the item. On the Inventory screen, in general, try to aim a bit to the right and down with the mouse; apparently the hand cursor's hotspot is at the top left, as though it were an arrow cursor.

I should note that my problem with Lv12 Temperence is while having had the best React skill/spells for both offensive and defensive slots, and activating them at every chance I get. Temperence just outheals my damage and instead pummels my party until Marduk runs out of mp to heal. :S

Curious. Is the beginning supposed to be near-impossibly hard starting with scratch? I keep running into lv12 Temperence that chains Heal for 200-400hp, Splash for party-wide damage 50-190, and Magic Shield to boot so that my spell casters' damage is halved or so. My party consisting of lv9's and a lv10 can't beat the healing and defensive power it has.

Hmm, yes... Many people don't understand how the Game Over screen works, and it's understandable. The existence of the "More Games" button leads people to believe that the screen is meant to be controlled through buttons, and therefore they complain that there's no "retry" rather than simply pressing X.

The chest with the Sun Idol in the Sun Temple can be opened an infinite number of times. It doesn't stack of course, being a plot item, but it doesn't count as a chest opened, either. Needs fixing?

I beta tested this on the Fig Hunter site and will do my best to answer questions sent to my profile. I'm glad Pseudo got around to a proper release.

Bug #1: Map dissppears sporadically.
Bug #2: No refresh/continue/load button upon death.
Both are very annoying for what 'will' be a very good game!

Great game. About the inventory, it's irritating that u cant circle trough items (u're forced to use the mouse). Also would be nice to have skills summarized as well, on properties

This game has some of the best item descriptions ever, and the most informative. Thanks to this game, I now know that Betterpotions have more sex than a normal potion.

I'm glad this fantastic epic adventure finally arrived in the Kong list. I've been following the storyline and love it, can't wait to try out Chapter 3. Been waiting for months on end, now Psuedo has produced it.

yea its a cool game but no retry button if you die and no load button in the middle of your game if you mess something up, and having a mini map in the screen to see where your going and maybe have a into or something like where these 3 ppl are little kids and are friends and there dream was to do this and they played around or something then make it go to this where they are actually running around killing stuff. other then that the game was good 3/5

this game has a terrible interface. having to use three source of input (left side of keyboard, right side of keyboard, mouse) is frusterating. inventory management is irritating as well, and i constantly find myself putting things in all the wrong places. not to mention, the item-skill system (although well-inspired) is poorly implemented and needlessly difficult.
the game is polished, but suffers from some serious game design and user interface flaws

BUG: area map disappears after saving game. This makes navigating areas pretty difficult...
Otherwise great first impression!

Also, the combination of not being to save anywhere you like and the really difficult enemies like the griffin is really really bad. Having to keep going through a bunch of encounters from the save point back to the griffin again really sucks.

The first enemies can rape you in about 2 hits. This makes for a horrible difficulty ramp. You should be able to wipe up intro mobs and get a better feel for the different abilities. Instead, my knight is stuck healing hits for 50%+ of my other 2 guys' life...and there are even mobs with more HP than me who don't take anything but magic damage... Just a horrible difficulty ramp.

it seems like it would be a great game, but i have problems when it comes to clicking items or even menu buttons, could be the problems with linux flash. its easy to duplicate, find something that needs to be clicked on, or click on an item, cant drop it back into place or get rid of it, accidently picked up armor on a char and it wouldnt go back into the slot.

@Pseudo: When I say the menus are unfriendly, it lacks the ease of use it once had, sort of. It's probably nothing really, I probably just have to get used to it. I preferred having tooltips though instead of descriptions appearing in a box in the corner. I also can't find how to split things into different stacks in the inventory, I don't seem to be able to use items on people in the inventory to do stuff like cure poison and whatnot, and the map seems to be very bugged as it ain't showing anything, in the first areas at least.
