Needs definite goals, maxed out technology very quick (easy enough, just keep buying low grade explosives, mining near drop off and stockpile ore until a gold boom) then got very boring very fast...... 3/5

Grrr....these trees are becoming a big problem in my mining area....Let me cut them down!...Oh Shit!!!! These environmental activists are after me!! Save trees.... Save yourself...

I built my town in the only non treeish bit of my plot. Figured out that you can't just drive through/over the trees a while later.

when you buy a new plot the drop zone needs to get bigger or be added to the plot as well other then that grate game 5/5

it would be nice to be able to change one's "HQ" AFTER the surveyor's have put the sign up. When the sign ends up being all the way on the other side of the plots, I just skip immediately hit "detonate" without planting any bombs, and just altogether end the day. driving from the left most plot to the right most plot is boring and a waste of time.

Liking the game a lot but i fell that it becomes somewhat redundent after some time and could use more features or more maps maybe hazards in the game that happen like engine malfunctions storms or rival companies idk just things to give it a bit more in it to keep playing for

I love how im driving around a modern mining truck, and the townspeople are living in tents, still use the post office instead of email, and i will assume living without running water or air conditioning. What year is this set in?

Fixing the "lose comparatively enormous amounts of fuel really quickly when hitting a tree" and "no popups on explosives explaining differences" and "minimal introduction" and "ore bouncing off screen" elements, and the game'd be far more solid. As is, it's a great example of an Anti-Harvest Moon game..no? o_o

Must refrain from making joke about gold raining down from the sky like rain....Boom Town #1 in the nation for gold related bludgeonings

all the money comes from the refinery and explosives...... now excuse me i have some trees i need to blow up with these 15 nukes. =3

what a realistic game. Build up a community by paying for it with the benefits of your mining operation. Once it reaches a critical mass, tear down all the schools, churches, and even town hall to make room for casinos and banks...
wait, was I supposed to be sarcastic?

Seriously needs 1 of 2 things. Ore either needs to appear in front of buildings, or ore needs to be automatically collecting if on a tile that is populated. As for the ore disappearing offscreen/getting stuck in trees: That's what buying the neighboring plots is for, or using smaller explosives to destroy the foliage for easier access.

Well, it appears that there's still some gold left over from the explosion. Lets go get it!" "We're out of fuel, we can't." "Well refuel!" "No, no, Don't forget the rules. 'We only take what one truck carries.'

And then there was this hillbilly-madman who hated trees so much, he randomly bombed and nuked the living s**t out of them. Everybody thought he was complete bananas, but once he showed up with all those diamonds, people suspected he might be on to something...

I really wish ore couldn't go outside the map and would instead just bounce back. Anything you can do about this, Podge? I know I would appreciate this and I'm sure others would, too.

I really like this game, except for one facet of it. Ore/Gold/Boots/etc get trapped in trees and are inaccessible AND they will FLY off screen onto the other plot, rendering them, also, inaccessible. Given that, I give this game a 3.9/5
