How long does it take to change realms? I've been playing about 6 months or so, and I don't seem to be getting any closer to the right paragon level

I recall the quests being slightly temperamental. Maybe try recasting the spells, or autocasting them, or not autocasting them; or failing that try the version for another class.

I can't for the life of me complete the burst quest. I have necromancer, zombie, and the corresponding spells. I cast them in idle mode after collecting a void mana thing. No go. Any advice?

Ahh sorry, after realm change I have forgotten that Tempered Arcanomancy is unlocked with Upgrade for 1e725 Mana. I have connected it with update. my bad :)

@wazzur After selecting 'Enable edit mode for Memories', Heritage upgrades don't seem to take effect until you press 'Apply'.
The Brain Fog achievement isn't crossed out if you close the upgrades view without either applying or reverting.
Note that you need to reset the Delusions/Paramnesics too.

@Bluesky21 Bat's only spawn while you are online, you can tell due to certain equipment pieces only having their bonus increase while you are online with the Bat Hunter upgrade.

@yok_sayilir, there's no "recraft". Once you crafted/upgraded an item, you keep it forever. They just become "forgotten" after realming. So feel free venturing into the brand new realm :)

question: can we recraft every item we own after realming or do we have to get the unusual ones their regular way? like items from expeditions and trials etc.
Trying to decide if I wanna max out some trophies before realming. only my second realm.

@myleskennedy7, Research improves with Trials of Innovation.
@wazzur, afaik now you choose to reset memories and delusions when realming, right before new realm starts. In worst case you have to realm one more right from the start, losing Imprints savings. You can always check if Triumph is in progress or failed anyway.

If I'm trying for Brain Fog Triumph, I can't actually start the run with 0 heritage. When you start a realm, there is at least a split second before you click on "revert" where your memories are in effect. So is that run ineligible for Brain Fog, since the first few seconds of the run had memories enabled?

@johnlolpork First you have to unlock realm change which is at 400e mysteries, this will take a while. Next you need to get enough memories to start unlocking Qusai-Realms, this will take less time if you have a good strategy, but will also still take a while. Hope that helps!

Swear to god tried my best not to read the wiki, but after thinking for ages that the way to activate the bat hunter was to click it just as a bat passed by, I caved. Sorry, purists. I failed you.

After last Steam update can no longer import save to Kongergate version without breaking the game (erases all acheivements) Is this going to be fixed?

OK, I know it's very cataclysmic here, we've all become desperate power hoarders just to survive, but could we at least pretend to be civilized long enough to actually cut the cake instead of just ripping off hunks of it?

@wazzur, when i used to play Heretic, i don't remember such a problems with cast rates, even without Lost Reserves (i've invested in them much later). There were a much bigger problems with edust to cover all the sets :(((

@3xpr3ss I think you might be right. I need to realm before I can test it, but spell charges might be why it's not going all the way to 60. When my spell/s is capped at 40, I can see the spell charges depleting to 0 repeatedly. When I add spell focus to the bar, those evocations go to 60/s and the spell charge remains fixed at 2 instead of going to 0. It seems like spell focus adding shards directly to spells makes the charges not get depleted even while casting at 60/s. So if I increase the charges, maybe it will go to 60 even without spell focus?

@wazzur, maybe here is unobvius for me spell charges mechanic effect. Just tested this: when i manually turn off Charges upgrades, CR for JAMS dropped. Maybe Lost Reserves memory will help?

@3xpr3ss I max out at 40/s for the most part. It's not a matter of shards. I am way past that. I just have a hard cap for instant spells at 40/s. It randomly goes to 50 for reasons I can't determine. And in that specific case of heretic spell loadout, the instant evocations go from 40 to 60 for some reason if I add spell focus in there. I didn't lack shards in the pool before adding spell focus, so whats going on? And why are all my spells usually just maxing at 40/s?

@wazzur, as i know, 60/s is default maximum. Possible even without Spell Focus with enough shards in pool. There's a little you can do to get more - eqip Zenith mount or invest in Sleight of Hand paramnesic. Accumulated and persistent spells can get much more due to their special casts count upgrades ann items. For example, JAMS for my Archon is about 240 cps now.

Okay, I got a question. What determines cast speed? Most of my spells cap out at 40 per second, but I randomly had it at 50 sometimes, and for Heretic, if I add spell focus, the other evocations go from 40/s to 60/s, What's going on?

I got a suggestion. Please add an option to leave the auto-buy sources from Renown V on by default when you import or restart the game. I know it's my fault, but I keep forgetting to keep it on and lose hours of build up lol.
