I don't get it. The kill box is stupid small. My bullets pass right through them. How do you progress? How do you collect money? I can't make it past a few seconds. Barely killing anything and not getting any money to build anything. when I die the game resets so I can't build up anything. 20 min. zero progress

4/5. It REALLY pisses me off when I shoot a guy and he still kills me . The ships' kill-zone is too large and doesn't run the same physics as the block forts- more like a circle that extends beyond the ships frame. Which if it is the case; I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY would like to see that circle flash when there is a ship collision. PLEASE UPDATE. I know the game is old but that update alone is worth the star to make it a full 5/5. Personally, I love these fort building games- so thanks for developing!

Its not difficult, you are just bad at it. First build a turret in the center. Then build a semiperm wall on top of it. Continue doing this until you have a nice fort with which to hide under. Continue building more semiperm walls as they get destroyed to protect your turrets. As you begin to make more money buy better weapons and continue previous strategy. Its really not that hard to get pretty far in this game folks. 5/5

Does anyone else notice an inconsistancy between "wave size" and "end round kills"?
I have had 67 kills on the first wave, when there is only 60 enemies...

the 'tetris' element, aka irritating randomness when building walls, really damages the appeal of this otherwise impressive defense strat/shooter for me.

I think having enimies smash against your walls should earn you some money, and also everything should be a little cheaper. The turrets could have been better.

Very good. But I would like to address 2 points. One, your ships hitbox is too big. I seem to get hit outta no3where sometimes. Two, the turrets are kinda weak for their price. Other than that 4/5!

Sweet Game! Just when I had the money and defense set up and was comfortable the game ended. Would like to see an endless version. Maybe have the next wall shape showing before purchase.

I think that would be fine as far as turrets go but as for the tetrominoes, that plan would completely defeat the tetris aspect of the game. That said, being able to "pay" to destroy your own buildings wouldn't be a bad idea.

it'd be nice to know the shape of everything before buying it and being able to demolish building or put back an item (if you click on something, you HAVE to place and you might not want to)

Collision detection needs some work. Not only do I die by things that don't touch me, the enemies go on for awhile while fading out and can still kill me.

This is a lot more fun than I thought it would be
It was NOT that hard right from the beginning
I love a game that's a challenge
Though the boss really threw me for a loop, destroying all my turrets and such
I'll have to keep playing so I can see if it gets better.

One more small bug: my amplifier seemed to block my homing orbs...
A nice feature would be if you could spend money to destroy your own structures.

I second tp1212's bug: on level 30, with my turrets firing at maximum rate, the bullets stopped about an inch above the turrets and the game slowed to a crawl...

nevermind the hard post from before.
(just build a brick wall of normal turrets and protect it with reflects)
but i found a bug. if the max bullits is reached it starts removing bullets so no bullets make it over half of the screen.
(its troublesome in boss stages)
so just make em stop fireing at the limit please. and try to make the bullets less
cpu intensive

ok its a good game and all, but if ur gonna make it this hard early on, put a way for us to restart. its frustrating.
