each defeat is completely demoralizing as you have spent the last hour on this level only to lose and get absolutely nothing to show for it, perhaps this should have somehow been corrected in some beta tests with actual users, it seems only the dedicated will play long enough to get the feeling of achievement that ppl actually play games to get

good idea, nice features... the enemy tracking needs a lot of work... creeps in front slip by because units target another further back... ditto on the show path option, needs to toggle on or off and stay there until toggled again

I wouldn't mind playing each level for so long if I got some resources when I lose. Otherwise, it's just a pain because my strategy isn't quite perfect, so I get to wave 16 and lose, and get nothing for my effort.

I love undefined but....this is a 2 star game until it's a bit more friendly. This is a terrible example of a tower defense game with the grinding of an MMO.

Path prediction showing how a new block would alter the battlefield would be great. It's not always obvious which direction the creeps will head. Also, a restart button for the ocd crowd.

My archers keep attacking new enemies as soon as they see them instead of killing their current target. I have lost dozens of lives at a time as monsters, all with only a sliver of health, file through the end-gate.

great game! but the one thing that really annoys me is that there is no resume button. i mean, click anywhere to resume is ok but usually on games there is a resume button so on the pause menu i check the enemies and get so close to clicking the quit button. thanks oh and 5/5

Among the many, many inexcusable design flaws in this game: Terrible unit scaling, terrible unit balance, no auto-next-wave button, a limit to 2x on speed, no "Next wave composition" without pausing, no ability to turn on and off music, no keyboard shortcuts for towers/traps, no preview for barricades... this game is an Alpha version of a decent game, but as a released game, it gets a solid 1 star.

i upgraded hammer guy fully and he disapeard, and no i didnt sell him lol, btw guys saying this is unripe i dont know if i understand you correctly but wtf lol what is ur prob did u realy play the game or just play a couple of level's this game is great aand has good idea's put into it, go play a game type that you like and dont attack and make games look bad when there realy not. there's a lot of stuff here to explore if you have tthe brains to look.

Its a ok game for what it is. My 2 main problems with the game is, #1 the speed, even at max its still TOO SLOW. #2 is the story, because there is no story. Would be nice for the game to have a story.

This would be a nice stand alone game, for the amount of time it takes to play. Or an MMO. But for kongregate it takes to long to play though a single wave.
Still, great game. Hope to see it maintained with some updates. =)

Please allow seeing new enemy paths before placing barricades. I keep placing barricades that change paths to avoid my old barricades. Or at least allow selling barricades for full value before starting wave 1.

The difficulty curve is too severe in comparison with your other TDs. You cannot plan out a path. Well, maybe you can, but you will need to have upgraded your towers and barricades significantly to do it. And by that point, your towers are strong enough to where you don't need to.

So, the final wave in lv. are strong regenerating vampires, 120 in a row, with high armor, so you loose for sure, leaving with ZERO reward for playing 45 minutes. so i tried replaying lv. 1 to get more resources. but you only get them once per level. best way to frustrate the player 2/5, sorry. make getting resources MUCH easier!

ya spending 30 minutes on a level just to lose to people you can't hit is really horrible... and then i dont get anything even for trying the level.. i dont feel like replaying the first level 100 times just to upgrade my units... horrible attempt on a tower defense game stick to what you know and dont branch off to other game types

It's the barrier cost that's really getting me. 100 Gold! for one block? I guess making mazes isn't really what you were going for

To everyone complaining about not knowing what upcoming waves do, or even how many to expect, all that information is available from the pause menu. It shows upcoming waves, what their stats are, and any special abilities.
That being said, it doesn't change any of the other problems mentioned in the game, or the fact that it becomes very tiresome to have to pause and check wave abilities every few waves.

On level 2, I played for almost an hour, only to have the very last group seem to run past my men and traps almost unscathed because they regen so fast. I end up losing the map and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I like the concept of the game and the style, but I think I'm done with it after that.

Actually give me resources when i play endless wave like its supposed to and tone down some of the enemies that can regenerate more than i can damage them

lvl1 endless Wave 78 units can't target, ok I've got the whole room filled with traps, the mobs take only half damage and kill me, complete horse shit. "Try harder next time!" really? how?

Are the numerous bugs fixed since this was released on Armor? Negative gold, monsters reversing direction when slowed, paths inaccurate, monsters passing thru towers? My bet is that the dev drops this and ignores all comments, the same feedback was given at Armor.

Possibly done to prevent exploiting like on the old "Madness Tower Defense" games, but, not being able to place barriers during combat is lame. Also, barrier placement in general is a really lame mechanic. Give us hte path, the spots we can build on, and let us decide how to best defend. It is tried & true. Not a bad game, but way under its potential. 3/5 to be generous.

These really aren't 'fresh new ideas.' All this stuff is stuff which has been done before. That being said; it's not bad. It's just too slow.
