I think the credits level symbolizes that the girl is already out of your possession. Yet you continue to chase after her, even though its impossible.

@wrothmonk: The Midas touch didn't turn the air to gold around him because it was a supernatural reaction, not an atomic reaction. Physics is completely mutable in the face of a curse (at least in mythology).

nice game! esp in the time to make it. a level select screen would be nice, but I like the start right away concept that may have been more of a "don't have time to do more" issue than a conscious decision. and its kinda tough to make some of the required precision jumps that it should be. hit this block but jump over this one and hit the block above it, etc. or maybe I am just getting old...

The girl isn't turning to gold properly if you hit her from the side. Still works if you jump on her head, and it's still counted as a loss and plays the sound properly.

Nice concept and a great implementation. No need for tutorials. The person who suggested it must have figured it out -- does he assume he's that much smarter than everyone else? I found myself wishing for a few more levels when it was over -- always a good sign. But probably not worth it unless you come up with some more tricks you have to figure out, and not just more of the same. Great game, though!

for some reason r isn't working for resetting. I don't know why but if this is a bug please try to fix it. I used firefox so I was wondering if that was the problem?

Another little bug (although it does not truly stop gameplay): If you manage to turn the bricks under the girl gold, she falls off the screen but this doesn't count as losing the level. You'll still be around forever to regret your move.

Great game, simple but enthralling. Especially good considering the time frame it was created in. Could an option be added to replay past levels, once the credit level is reached? That may already be there, and I'm just blind, but if not it would be a nice option to have.

good game if i wasnt for the credit stage that made me waste 5min for nothing 2/5. 4/5 if you inform us that the last lvl is unbeatable before we waste our time trying

Is it supposed to be possible to jump off the side of the world in Level 9? I keep overshooting the river and falling off the screen entirely.

You know this whole thing could have been avoided if he could just deal with taking off his gold crown every once in a while. Now he has to deal with the fact he turned his woman into gold...

Credits lv is impossible because :1)the girl is allready gold 2)the distance is too big, you just cant make it,you fall whit a 1mm distance 3)its not even a lv , look on M lv 15 is the last lv and its the one whit:Or is our love just fool's gold or something like that so guys stop tring, even if you make it i think it would be a bug whit those in mind.

The credits and so many people insisting on solving and commenting about it only proves we are all slaves to the system.period. (+ of course the fact that we all have boring jobs)

Also, anyone wonder what would happen if it was actually possible to jump to the girl in like, 1/10000 tries? That would be amazing. IMO, what that would represent is, even though the girl is gold...."It is never too late."

So, let's try interpret the definition of the credits. IMO, you can get so close to the girl you love, that it represents the time-old phrase, "So close yet so far." Add the fact that she has turned gold, which probably means that it is too late. The fact that so many people are addicted to trying to jump the credits to the girl, is probably the persistence, the regret that you can't save her yet you want to.

i finished the game and then read the comments and i said "nahh this game doesnt have 15 lvls" it was fun, simple and beautiful, 5/5

I think the credit means that it's already too late. You already turned the one you love into gold, but you can't help but keep trying to save her. End result: you are stuck in the middle of nowhere with no love or power.
