you know what? im going to show my father this game when he stops by next and then i'll see what a civil engineer has to say about this. at least its time consuming though.

this game makes sense. for example if you make your bridge straight it will sag and the force will cause it to collapse

lol built a bridge with diagonal and line top support and under i didnt have enough for the other halfs support the above part on that half felldownmaiking it 50% broken and it survied the animal parade 95 percent broken...

Not bad, but you need to expand it past a nearly exact copy of something else. You did all the work to code it, you might as well put some new stuff in there and see if it works out.
It would also be cool if the game remembered your bridges so that you could switch levels and come back.

Oh my god, every single time. Look at the description. Look at the FIRST SENTENCE of the description.
Of course, you're right. I used the Actionscript function "MAKE_A_COPY_OF_BRIDGE_BUILDER_PLZ()" and before I knew it the game was ready for upload.

Deleting pieces is a hassle and sometimes instead makes other pieces that you need to delete... causing you to start the entire level over. Also, I don't think this should be on purpose but some of the levels edges are uneven (i.e. the left side has a wall and the right side has a nonbuildable wall) Eh, 2/5.

i've taken screens of all my bridges successful in levels 1-5 if you'd like them, give me a shout. stuck on level 6 :(

@ fallenclover: Why metal??? It works without it very well...
This is the money that I have left over in each level:
1(1000); 2(1100); 3(1400); 4(600); 5(5500); 6(3300); 7(1900); 8(8600)

The first level doesn't need the anchor point in the sky; the second level is solvable by hanging a wooden beam from each of the anchor points above the bridge.
